Just got my black Ute detailed and can I say the crew did a fantastic job. I have to say Joel who checked me in and out was amazing and such a hard worker. Love his work

Brought in a Jeep Wrangler for a deep clean before putting it on the market. Tay and Joey did such an amazing job I'm thinking about not selling. Looks brand new again!!!

The services was outstanding, did not know how it all worked to begin with but the guys were super lovely, efficient and perfectionist. Highly recommend! Will definitely be back!!

Absolute best service!!! Russel at the desk was so lovely and helpful. He talked me through all the different options for a detail and then showed me where to go. All the other workers were so friendly and funny. 12/10!! Will definitely be back <3

Firstly, the customer service here is EXCELLENT! Everyone is so friendly and caring. Secondly, the quality of the auto car wash is great! For only $25 it does such a good job compared to dodgy petrol station drive throughs. Highly recommend :)

Very experienced Team Leader (if Not supervisor), showed such a level of diligence, care and attention to detail to the car before ours that he was able to change my mind on my first visit to this carwash …from getting Zoom’s base cost auto drive thru wash… to 2x tiers above that instead… before he even spoke a word to me.

Then after I was impressed by his sincerity and humility upon speaking to him about my order and payment — we were able to experience the “bubblecano” (bright red light & others WITH foaming bubbles) after he observed without discussing with me[positively] that our newly turned 7yo Son was in his car seat on the backseat.

This small, but impactful and memorable gesture (which our son really loved & enjoyed, used to hate carwashes) ensured that I and the 2 other cars also in our household, return to Zoom Carwash Alderley for our regular carwashes.
Impactful in the fact that these small gestures are “caring service” …this is what makes you choose to Support Small Locally own business,
rather than “the man” with enormous marketing budget.

I came in near closing time recently, and they were able to do a complete exterior & interior clean. High quality and efficient job!

Every single staff member is very friendly, and very good at what they do. Felt like I was being reborn as I drove out after an automatic wash, and excellently-done detailing. They even have a waiting room as they detail your car, with air con, a whiz-bang coffee machine and snacks. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Got my car cleaned here for the first time. Detail was amazing. Eli made sure everything was done to my standards and helped with any questions I had. Great job guys.

Quick and effective. No need to bring any exterior cleaning soaps (see picture) good pressure rom the gurny. Not overly expensive. Just make sure you're efficient with your time. Only downfall I could say is not enough vacuums available.

Excellent service and value for money. My SUV has always been well washed and detailed with quality products. The free aspects on their loyalty card are a great bonus as well. The car was detailed by Hermilito today and another top job - highly recommended.

Part way through interior cleaning. First part exterior wash was very good and must especially commend Nicole for her bubbly and most enthusiastic welcome. A great way to start the experience.

Clay was astonishing at work, great guy and good work ethic. Good hard working young guy that is really good at talking to customers and always when I go in see him working never standing doing nothing.

The best carwash I have ever attended( and I have been to more than a few) 5 dollars gives you roughly 4mins. All the facilities are stocked up, plenty of soap and products in the equipment. Nice clean bays, plenty of staff around for assistance. Vacuums actually work
!!. Bins are regularly emptied and maintained for your convenience. I can tell the owners take pride in offering a convenient and pleasant experience for customers. It's really refreshing to see! Thank you

Exceptional job! Brought my embarrassing dirty Jeep through the morning, expecting the usual mediocre job that I have had from other automated car washes, but this was on another level. Flawless finish with a speedy service, will definitely be back. Thanks heaps!
