Today (7th Feb 2023) I went to this Pathology for doing blood test. When I was coming in to the room to see blood test staff, she was looking around her room for "cover". And she rummaged through the trash (there are a lot of used gloves, rubbish inside the bin) with her bare hands. This makes me sick. Then, she ran out to get the tools. I don't know if she had a chance to wash her hand or not, but she backed in 2 minutes.
She used her bare hands to identify my veins. Then, she used hand sanitizer to wash her palms (not include her fingers). Fortunately, she used gloves after that.
I see this staff does not guarantee the hygiene requirements for guests. I will not come back here.

Arrived before closing time wouldn’t take me even with 10 mins to go and no other patients. Also rude receptionist
