I was highly impressed by the medical receptionist Ms.Udaya. She is professional, organised, compassionate and had excellent interpersonal skills. I felt genuinely cared for and well-informed throughout my visit.

Doctors are wonderful. Nice facilities clean. The nurses are excellent. Making appointments are useles, no point in making one. But you will get the best medical help. Admin stuff are dishonest and will lie to you.

Great Five Star Experience. Arrange to have Iron Infussion as a first time treatment & can say they provided all information & supervision for the procecure & after before I left the practice & the cost was only the same as buying 3-4 month of iron tablets,( I had quotes up to $300) practice doing lots of advertising but they would not be able to give any more care then I recived at Pendle Hill Family Medical Practice

All the staff are very friendly and caring. I've been going for years now and never had a problem. They are very professional and I find the opening hours very convenient.

This medical practice is amazing place for primary health check up i highly recommended special for Dr. Sivagowry Sivakumar, she is like mother’s of GP in ours pendle hill area. Some time we booked appointment but when we get there we also follow waiting rules because of busy with patients, hospital staff are trying to balance waiting area patients and appointment patients but they not successful at all time . However , those people are love this medical practice they don’t have any complaints specifically when they book appointment and when they get there on time even also waiting.

I am happy to recommend pendle hill family medical practice as I have been visiting for doctor appointments since past 3 years. Especially Dr. sivagowry doing amazing job . She is very kind and understand the patient’s need.while handling kids the nurse is always polite and take time to console them.feeling good that one of the best medical practice is near to my house.sometimes we need to wait for our turns but it’s worth it .

The doctors employed there are very talented, caring and professional. Overall, my experiences were fantastic and I place my trust within the doctors and this clinic . I was well looked after and my family has received wonderful care and health advice from this medical clinic.

After reading the reviews here, I booked and came with the expectation of 45-60mins waiting time. Well... that did not happen in my case. Waiting time is around 15mins.

We love Pendle Hill Family Medical Practice. We are so happy to have found such great doctors and medical staff so close to our home. We see both Dr Gowry and Dr Nithy with our young children, and they are fantastic with them. We have also dealt with the nurse there and she is also very lovely. We have done walk-ins and also booked appointments online. Sometimes we need to wait past our appointment time, but it's always a very reasonable wait.

Dr. Sivagowry Sivakumar is an extremely thorough, friendly and professional GP. She goes above and beyond to do extra tests needed to get to the bottom of what is causing the medical condition, and genuinely cares about her patients.

Also, the receptionist, Udaya, is very helpful. Would highly recommend this clinic!

The doctor and everyone in this clinic (receptionist & Nurses) were very nice and friendly. Been looking for a good clinic since we moved to westmead a year ago and felt like finally found one. Doctor being able to speak Tamil was of additional help so my mom could explain the problem herself in native language. There was one more unexpected advantage for us, this clinic did cashless consultation for Bupa overseas visitor insurance members. Just needed to show them the bupa card and didn’t have to pay anything.
