To whom ever this may concern. I have visited Novo Epping recently and get a horrific experience. The “manager” (not sure why or how) was so rude and disrespectful towards me I felt a great amount of judgement whilst browsing. She was girl with quite long brown hair and I believe her name was tanya. I hate to leave such negative reviews however I really think Novo need to get this sorted. It’s unacceptable I have been to so many stores Including cragieburn, Uni Hill and northland where all the girls have been absolutely gorgeous and generous of time. Never again will I go Epping. However her slim co worker was lovely we need more people like her.

The worst novo store ever ! Went there during the week, the girls were gossiping around behind the counter. Very rude staff. They couldnt care less. Went up to them asking for a shoes, she just replied its just online not available in store. Yesterday I went to Novo spencer outlet, they were amazing and nice staff. The shoes that I wanted was up there. Train your staff properly. Whats the point of being so disrespectful.

I WAS a regular here until my experience yesterday (29/07/20) at around 4.30pm. Usually when I shop here the customer service is superb. But I have never been so disrespected like yesterday in my entire life.
When I walked into the shop the person working there threw her hand in the air and very loudly exclaimed "are you serious?!"
I clearly was not wanted there so I walked away.

went in to an empty store, waited 10 minutes for any of the staff to come out of the back room only to then be completely ignored and not acknowledged while they continued their conversation. appalling.

Worst store seriously go to any other novo shoes Epping is an absolute joke
