Kmart Epping

Best place you can be in and there is nearly everything and the prices are so low a lot of sales best service and you can print photos but you can't print papers for school and stuff if they can put a printer for papers and it will be so helpful for students, high schoolers

The curly hair boy, who served me at the checkout was a very nice person. I believe his name was Ali. I have never seen him there so I think he is new. Good job mate, keep doing what ur doing.

Ann at the returns desk and Chanelle who is the store manager were outstanding. Their service was top shelf. Their ability to accommodate for my issue was absolutely fantastic and I can't recommend them high enough. Excellent service from the two ladies this evening. Thank you both.

It is part of Pacific Epping, which is really huge - so if you park your car next to Woolworths or Food court you might have to walk a lot - instead I would suggest to park the car somewhere close to Hungry Jack's or Caltex servo. Visited Kmart on Monday evening, was very quiet - not so crowded. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Products are decently priced and fairly good quality. Great candles & essential oils collection.

I love Kmart, I love how you can get aesthetically pleasing items for such an affordable price here. On the other hand, I have watched the staff tirelessly have to deal with such rude and arrogant customers since covid hit, other customers have been so selfish in regards to others safety, there are the people who are doing their best to keep safe being double vaccinated and wear masks, but then you see the ones trying to force/sneak themselves in and when caught they always pick fights. The staff are only doing what the government has told them, they don't have a personal vendetta against you, all these rules are to keep the one's who can actually die from your idiocy, safe, such as myself. Well done to the staff at this store for doing what they can with these customers, but for my own safety at the moment I think I will stick to shopping online through them.

A great store all around, with exceptional service. However, 5 Stars must go outright to Angela who today was at the Returns desk. She was the most considerate, generous and polite team member one ever could have the pleasure of meeting. She made my experience of returning track suit pants very smooth and did so with a smile on her lovely face. Where in retail, these days, does one receive that sort of service? It's rare. Thank you Angela and Kmart Epping.

My husband, Lou and I love shopping at Kmart Epping.  It is clean, well stocked and well displayed. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Over the past 12 months, I tried several water sprayers from other stores but they did not work well at all. While shopping here recently, I bought a water sprayer. The nozzle can be easily adjusted for a mist spray or "pointed" spray.  It works very well. It is fantastic!  Truly value for money.  We highly recommend Kmart Epping.

Placed a click and collect order, unfortunately the order was missing a few items. Went back and was greeted by Angela M ... her 5 star customer service was absolutely outstanding. She was apologetic and a pleasure to deal with. Angela organised the rest of my click and collect order in a timely manner. To say the experience was flipped is an understatement. Kmart are lucky to have a team member like her.

This Kmart is a go to place for pretty much everything, including clothing, gear, appliances etc.

Staff are always there to help you find something. Never had a bad experience.

The guy name jake was so good and his customer service 5 out of 5 he gave me gouache paint on discounted price he is too good 😊

So great that this is now Kmart and not target. KMART RULES! such a good layout of the store and the staff are cheerful and they never look like they're just standing around chatting whilst looking unapproachable. Clean environment.

K mark is a brilliant store i love to brouse the store looking for clothing as well as great mens shoes for the price .
I love k mart and was so happy to see them coming to epping plaza.
Things are a budget price and the goods are vg quality .i buy lots in k mart and i always visit whenever im in epping plasa .
So go there and make up ure own mind☺

The guys at My Car Epping are amazing.John and his team are so helpful,i highly recommend to use these guys as their mechanic I’ve been using them for years

Kmart is very good place for shopping, reasonable prices and varieties of items for all, it was missing before in Epping plaza, now it's very important part of plaza and Epping suburb.

Brilliant store with so much products you are spoilt for choice the prices are reasonable and you will find what you are looking for the staff here are friendly and will greet you with a warm smile and a friendly hello so come on down and see for yourself set in the heart of Epping
