Easy signup and a good, secure space. Protected from the elements and easy to access - enough room to navigate a removal truck through as well.

Keypad site access is very convenient, no extra cards or keys to manage.

I'd use them again to store my stuff.

Great service I had to close off a friends apt. At short notice I needed to relocate items for long term storage but couldn’t go out to the facility. The manager facilitated everything by phone and email including codes. I really didn’t have to physically do anything couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Great customer service. I took advantage of 2nd month free feel and Kyle was very helpful with showing me how the 24hr access worked and where to park to unload etc..
When I moved out last weekend I actually had an auto payment go through by mistake for another month. When I called I spoke to Adam from Campbellfield who was able to advise me that it wouldn't be a problem and just send an email though to epping and they would sort it asap. When I emailed epping Kyle got back to me straight away and refund to processed Thursday. A great experience from start to finish.

Very understanding , consistency of customer care was excellent and a breeze too use such a well run facility.

Great storage business, with moving and packing materials. Friendly staff. Very secure with personal access codes and security camera's. Also offer insurance
