These guys had a beautiful selection of quality homewares at great prices! Awesome sales too! I was a big fan!

Went this morning to this outlet at Nunawading arriving at 10.10am to be met with a queue of people waiting out the front Rolla door. There were people inside and according to one person next to me, they were inside this shop prior to 10am purchasing products. They were "friends" of the two assistants so were obviously given preferential treatment. The lineup was instigated because of an in-shop BRAWL which occurred yesterday when yhe sale began. After 25 minutes 3 of us were allowed inside. I chose a wire basket and something else. I took it to the counter and only to be told by the shabby looking English Rose who served me that they were not on sale, but the swing tag said otherwise. I told her its misleading advertising and that they should advertise more clearly. The English Rose just looked at me and while doing so, ripped the tag off and said "not for sale". I muttered my angry expletives and left everything I intended to buy on the counter and left the store, not before telling people outside what happened. 7 people left there and then. I used to be quite a good customer. NEVER AGAIN.
This particular staff member was very rude and needs lessons running a store and sale transparency.

What a terrible company to deal with ! Overpriced rubbish and appalling customer service - they are rude and full of themselves - there are other supply stores that have Better range and cheaper prices - don’t buy from them
