Rydalmere Medical Centre

I have visited this practice a few times and always had a positive experience. I had my blood taken today by Helen who was fantastic. It was fast and painless.

Anyone scared of needles needs to come here, the lady who takes blood (I think it was Julie or Karen or something) is the best around, I have been twice and never even felt the needle go in, not even a pinch. If you have kids and they need a needle for something, this is the place to take them.

The GP here are very thorough and gives good medical advices

We're a regular patient here. Very close to our place of residence. Medical practitioners are very professional and detailed. Front staff too are professional and friendly.

Dr Bill Truong here is amazing. Both my husband and me are seeing him in the last two years or so and can't say a single bad word about Bill. I myself is a researcher so I always do research before I see my doctor and ask a lot of questions. Bill always has the answer for me or he would point me to the right direction. Bill is also a very thorough Dr that explain things quick and well. We moved houses and were seeing new GP for a couple of months and came back to Bill again. It is a bit of drive to see him but worth the effort for his knowledge.

I usually go to the North Parramatta centre. This is my first time to visit Rydalmere to see Dr. Bill Truong and the lovely ladies (Wendy & Penny) at the reception are genuinely nice. Wendy was very helpful & accommodating.

First visit. Walked in at 4:45pm was seen at 5:15pm standard wait times for 1 doctor on. Receptionist was lovely, happy, smiling good service (was 27/3/19). Dr Bill Truong was thorough. Will definitely come to this practice again.

The internet booking system was easy to navigate and the booking confirmed.
When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and friendly receptionist.
I saw the doctor on time and was treated in a very positive way.
I was given options by the doctor Bill Truong who took the time to listen.
Overall a very positive experience and I will be making Doctor Bill Truong my personal doctor.
Relaxed and confident man who knew his profession.
Honest and non judgmental with the strength to tell you how to take positive action to gain a great healthy and happy life.
