Very hands-on, supportive, informative and fun experience. Lisa and her training methods are worth every star (5 stars). My dog Bruce is a much better behaved dog because of what Lisa has taught me.

Lisa is a fantastic! As a first puppy owner she taught me so much about dog behaviour, socialisation and training and would offer guidance on any other grievances I was facing. Great hands on sessions from a professional, patient trainer who genuinely cares, and the dogs all loved it!

I found classes with Lisa really helpful for me and my dog. Lisa's classes are small, well taught and she gives great feedback to us and our dogs. I like the support and use of positive reinforcement using doggie treats. I have recommended Taking the Lead Pet Services and Lisa to a number of friends and will be doing more classes and training with her in the future.

My 10 month old pooch Bozley and I really enjoyed the Life Skills sessions and learnt lots of new skills and tips (mostly to train us humans!). Lisa was an experienced trainer and offered clear guidance and support for all participants. Bozley improved tremendously over the 6 week course especially his focus and loose lead walking. Highly recommend!

My cheeky, jumpy collie x kelpie now has good manners and I have plenty of tools and ideas from Lisa to keep up with her training.
