I recently had a dental visit that completely changed my perspective on dentist appointments. Like many, I usually dread the needles and tools, but my visit to Dr. Bryan Sim was surprisingly positive. About two weeks ago, I reluctantly went to see him to have a decaying tooth removed. From the start, Dr. Bryan's polite and reassuring manner put me at ease.

He took the time to prepare me for the procedure, explaining everything in a clear and understandable way. When it came time for the actual removal, he skillfully administered the numbing jabs to my gum, and before I knew it, the decaying tooth was out in a blink. The speed and efficiency of the process were impressive.

What stood out the most was Dr. Bryan's politeness and gentleness throughout. This experience was a pleasant departure from my previous visits to other clinics. If you, like me, are apprehensive about dental visits, Dr. Bryan is the dentist for you. I highly recommend him for his expertise, clear communication, and overall gentle approach to dentistry.

We came to see Rachel for our routine clean and it was a thoroughly pleasant experience.

We came as a family with two kids 6 and 3 and they both enjoyed being in the consult room as well as outside whilst waiting. I've never seen my boy this chill in a dental appointment ever.

The team were friendly and there was a general buzz in the air, like everyone was doing good work :)

When I lost an old filling, staff went all out to fit me in asap. Dr
Luke was amazing and saved my decaying tooth. I had a terrific experience with them lasr year as well. Great front of house staff and very friendly and competent dentists.

I can’t recommend this dentist surgery highly enough. The staff were very helpful when I came in with a sore tooth and didn’t have an appointment. Luke stayed back to treat it and he was fantastic.

Best experience I've ever had at a dentist! Cozy establishment and very lovely staff. Don't think I'll mind coming back, which seems crazy since the dentist is the "scariest" place on earth. They make it inviting and calm. Reasonable price, too. Highly recommend Meadowgate Dental :D

My favourite dental team. Everyone is so kind to me when I got stressed. The front teeth fillings look amazing.

I foolishly went to another dentist and they could not give me an answer on my swollen gums and suggested it would be gum disease and to come back again in four weeks..
I went to Dr Luke and he knew straight away what the problem was and gave me advice on how to look after my swollen gums. By the time i had walked out they had already semi de puffed. Highly knowledgeable and highly recommend!!

Really great experience! A really calm and welcoming environment by all staff, short wait time and a really quick and thorough check up and clean! Whatever questions I had were answered with great knowledge and friendliness by Bryan! Thank you!

Superb, friendly and caring staff make this a very pleasant experience from the moment you walk in the door. Highly recommended.

Fantastic staff, best dentist.

They stuffed up my front tooth filling, I had a small hole and they carved out over half of the tooth and the filling was so thin that it was see-through then when I went back to get it fixed, they charged me Full price, and stuffed it up again,, there's a cavity where there should not be a cavity where the filling meets the tooth
