Absolutely the most helpful store owner around. The shop is an absolute yarn lovers dream and if she doesn't have it she will go out of her way to try and source it or find a substitute.

The staff are always happy to help and offer advice. Wonderful to have a wool shop so close.

Incredible service, lovely shop. My daughter wants to start crocheting, so we stop in to get some yard and her first hook. Half an hour later we leave with lovely yarn and the hook as well as a pattern for a beanie, the beanie started, and a demo/lesson on how to crochet. So helpful and welcoming. Thanks!!

I recently popped into this wonderful shop before going to an appointment next door at the oesteopath. After Janet helped me choose my wool for a beanie she then offered to ball my wool skeins while I was next door, such a kind thing to do. I will certainly be back for my next project.

I recently discovered I have the most amazing wool, craft, buttons, etc shop just 5 minutes away in Chirnside Park. One of the women in my sewing group mentioned Fully Woolly so I had to go and have a look. I definitely was not disappointed the help from Janet and knowledge was amazing I waiting for the sock knitting class beyond excited. These shops are very hard to find small business a must have.

Best wool shop ever. So much stock. Janet is so help and will always let you know if there is a cheaper option for your project, Janet is never pushy and happy for you just to browse. I always seem to leave with something.
