We would like to thank Suzie from White Lady Funerals at Burpengary. The compassion and love she showed to our family was second to none. Suzie ensured our dad got the funeral he deserved and made the heartbreaking decisions easier. She just knows everything. Recommending Danielle for our celebrant and Carolyn to look after our photographic memories was just spot on. These ladies just got everything right. Thanks again Suzie.

Two years ago Suzie from Burpengary handled our mothers Funeral and signing of the coffin during the middle of Covid when we had restricted numbers allowed. I have never met such a beautiful compassionate lady in my life like her and we still talk to each other to this day. Thankyou White Lady Funerals for looking after Mum.

Thank you for everything Suzie. Your professionalism together with support, care and understanding does not really allow for 5 stars to be enough. At a time when our family's hearts have been shattered and broken you were able to walk us through the process of saying goodbye to our beautiful Mum in the most gentle and loving way.

We recently used Suzie and Christine from Burpengary, they were amazing. I highly recommend these ladies, the wonderful care our family received after the passing of our dear Dad.

From our first phone call to when we said goodbye to the ladies after Dad's funeral nothing was too much trouble, everything was perfect. We all know Dad would have approved of everything. It was such a beautiful service and he certainly left in style in the beautiful Genesis GV80 hearse. Thank you once again Suzie and Christine.

It made a very sad and stressful time in our lives a lot easier using White Lady Funerals. Suzanne really made us feel at ease and that mum was going to be looked after and treated with respect. Mum's service was beautiful we couldn't have asked for more.

Our father recently passed away in New Zealand. Unable to travel back, we reached out to Suzanne at White Lady Funerals, Burpengary looking for help. We needed somewhere for our family to go to be part of the service via video link. Suzanne immediately offered us the use of one of their beautiful rooms complete with a large TV. As it was an early morning service, she even came in and opened at 7.30am. They wouldn't take payment however much we insisted. We cannot speak highly enough of Suzanne and her professionalism, her caring nature and willingness to help us be part of our Father's funeral service. As White Lady Funerals would not accept any payment, we have made a donation to the Magrath Foundation on their behalf as a mark of our appreciation.
