Julia and the team are legends , after many delays (my fault and the weather) I have had my new awning fitted and I am over the moon. Julia kept in touch with me all the way over drawn out period (again my fault) and never changed her go to attitude . Thanks to the fitter who worked in the mud and cold to do a brilliant job and to the sales team at the show who pointed me in the right selection of material. Well done all 10/10

We absolutely love our new annex from Xtend Outdoors. It has made another room which is very handy as we have a toy cavoodle. The service was amazing and so was the delivery. The annex is really good quality and you will love it. We got the flooring as well. Our annex was 18 degrees inside during winter.

We contacted Extend Outdoors a few days after purchasing our new secondhand caravan.
We had an opportunity to purchase a near new annexe that had only been used a couple of times, it was made by Extend Outdoors for another style of caravan. We were directed by the company to speak to a Senior Sales Executive Rodney, who did his best to save us some money on alterations on the old annexe, but the changes that would of needed to be made, it was much better to have a new custom fitted annexe, manufactured for our OFF ROAD Electric awning van.
So Rodney made arrangements for the end of that week to come out to our property an hours drive from a major town, and measured, fitted all the press studs, sail tracks and mounting blocks in a beautiful matching Colour, and the advised us of fitting another sail tack on the fridge side of the caravan, for a weather protection awning while he had the equipment to do so, couldn't of been more pleased. Rodney spent quality time explaining the set up procedures, when our our new annexe arrives on transport. We received very promptly the following week, our new annexe. Could not recommend Rodney enough for his customer service, and Extend Outdoors for their outstanding service as well, We are So Thrilled to have our new annexe and bbq porch. We will be proud to show off our new annexe on our next trip. Jen & Gaz.

If I could I would rate this company 10 out 10. Everything from start to finish was excellent. Just did a 4 night trip in appalling conditions (wind, rain, mud you name it we had it) & the Xtend annex stood up to the test. Our 2 dogs loved it as well

A well made and well designed annexe. The design is very clever allowing a great level of flexibility. The materials seem like good quality and they are very easy to deal with. I really like the front porch attachment and the clothes line is fantastic. So much hanging space and simple to use. A very well thought out design. The inflatable room is a great way to increase space a little heavy but the inflatable poles are so quick and easy to set up. Would have no hesitation to recommend. You even get quality screw in tent pegs!

Went to Melbourne caravanning and camping expo at Sandown on the way out visited Xtend Outdoors stall liked what we saw the service and demo was impressive loved the layout and the way you could change them from Start to finished product very happy and would recommend to all my friends

Fantastic firm to deal with. An amazing product easy to erect, absolutely love it. I have it on a Toyota Coaster bus. Getting the curved rafters and excellent anti flap bars that can be used with or without the annexe is perfect.

I had seen their side wall on another caravan. An on-line glitch meant that the delivery fee was omitted. I was promptly contacted and the matter resolved to my complete satisfaction. Great team and fast with quote, measurement, filling the order and delivery. They came to me in rural SA to measure the van. I didn't have to do a thing. Annex was delivered 2 weeks from the van measurements. Couldn't be happier.
