Four Chairs-No Waiting Haircutters

We love having our hair cut here, staff are really friendly and I never feel rushed.

The ladies are friendly, quirky and give a great haircut. Plus they loved the fact my husband is virtually a double for William H.Macy, Frank from Shameless! We had a great experience and will be back.

2 ladies working. My 2 sons as patrons and another patron waiting. 2 patrons having a haircut at 3pm. 1 hairdresser finishes and proceeds to pack up to leave work. We are left waiting. Finally another hairdresser arrives meanwhile they had to turn 2 Clients away or rather the clients didn't want to wait. Coincidentally this happened last time we went on a busy weekend. Otherwise the service was ok.

Absolutely disgusted with the treatment of my 5 year old by a senior staff member (from personal conversations she was having I’m pretty sure her name was Sandra)
She clearly didn’t want to do his hair from the start as there was someone she knew waiting for her haircut so she desperately wanted to get to her.
When my son sat down she said she can’t cut his hair as there was too much product in it (never had this issue anywhere before) she then proceeded to comb his hair in a rough manner and make him cry then told me it’s going to be too hard.
I combed his hair for her and she then got the clippers to do the bottom of his hair and her hostile vibe was rubbing off on my son which made him more upset and squirmy, he has never had any issues anywhere else when getting his hair cut.
She kept telling him in a rude and aggressive manner that he needs to sit still and stop moving because he was “making her job hard”
She was holding his head and neck and throwing it around so aggressively that when we left he had red finger marks around his neck and across his shoulders.
Throughout the whole haircut she treated him this way and there was never a please when she asked my son to sit still for her it was a demand, she also stated that she needed head clamps for kids like my son which I think is disgusting talk.
She made myself and my son very uncomfortable and we will never be returning.

She has no customer service skills or people skills for that matter and absolutely no patience for children, she shouldn’t be working in a place that is all about customer service!!! and if she hates it as much as she shows by the way she acts then she needs to leave.
She is the rudest person I have ever come across when it has come to hairdressers. And for my 5 year old to leave and say that lady was mean and rude I don’t like her and I don’t want to go there again is saying something.

Reading the reviews on here it seems I’m not the only one of this opinion when it comes to this staff member, so maybe management need to actually do something about it because she is giving your business a really bad name and reputation!!!

Very disappointed in this place, went first time 5 weeks ago and explained just had bad experience with last hairdresser and senior staff member was very soothing about how she knows what older ladies like and gave me a really nice styled cut ,even my son completed me on my hair.
I went in the other day and waited for same lady to cut my hair ( i should mention my hair is very short anyway) and again she says all the right things how she is going to cut it ,well that's not what i got ,i might as well stayed home and used my husbands trimmer for a short back and sides .
My hair is so short i doubt i can blowdry with a brush ,its just slashed short with no style at all, and $27.50 was the ridiculous cost

Don't bother wasting your money. Hairdresser didn't bother to listen to hair request, too busy talking to staff and ignored customer. Went in for a trim and cut 4-5 inches off because she said the client looked "unkempt". Rude and and a disgrace....

I submitted a photo of the cut i got from a hair cut i had seval cuts but that was the only one that came up when i took a photo. Dont bother going i waited 30 minutes. So much for no waiting. I had semi long hair for a male and asked for a number 3 all over she did it in less then 2 minutes. Cut my head four times. No apologies for hurting me just smiled. Very rude. Wont be going back. Horrendous. Waited for ages for my son to have his hair cut (while another customer who knew the hairdresser was allowed to jump the queue ahead of us), watched as combs were dropped on the filthy floor, picked up and put back through a customer's hair, but the WORST was when the hairdresser cut her finger with her scissors and continued to cut with a bleeding finger, just dabbing it occasionally with a tissue. This place is a public health disgrace and I will never go back.

I have never been treated so badly by a Hairdresser in my life. She was rude and rough ! Never again will I subject myself to such horrid treatment ! Nijole

Sandra was the lady who washed and cut my hair, she was rude and shouldn’t be in this business as she doesn’t know what she is doing really so don’t bother waiting

If there was a zero star rating this establishment would be a stand out to receive it.
