What a lovely bunch of staff you have here at this chemist.

I came to this chemist with my friend during school kids holidays last month and we were greeted by the friendly staff member Sophie who helped my friend with her burn.

The shop was quite busy but the Pharmacist Giuseppe came out from the dispensary to help me. The level of care provided was above and beyond I have had in any chemist. He took the time to listen and help me address a few concerns.

It’s refreshing to have such well mannered professional staff.

To the person in charge of training, well done on such a beautiful team.

I recently injured myself on a run and needed quick first aid. Luckily for me Helen was on duty that morning and she helped me with my wounds. She was kind, and empathetic- just amazing! Thanks you so much Helen :-). I would highly recommend Chempro at Surfers Renaissance. 5 star service.

I suffer from a major depression/anxiety disorder as I was on holiday there and the beautiful Australian/Asian heritage pharmacist rushed my medication to me asap as I was crying, gave me water and even gave me a hug while talking me through it. Iv never experienced such genuine care and compassion from any stranger or even medical professional. Its so rare in life to meet humans like that. I'll always appreciate his genuine care.

I have come to this chemist quite frequently last year and have been extremely impressed by their service. My daughter met a lovely female Pharmacist last Saturday night who showed her magnificent care and knowledge.

My husband and I would visit this chemist most Saturday nights last year to see Guiseppe, a charming knowledgeable young man who helped my husband immensely. He also made the time to listen and explain to me important information regarding my asthma medicine and steroid cream which I had been using incorrectly. This has helped my asthma vastly and prevented my dermatitis from returning. The assistant staff working was always lovely and sweet. I highly recommend this place as my whole family has had such wonderful care from the staff.

Joe helped me to find exactly what I needed to help my husband get better after his surgery. There were a few people in the store but he took the time to listen to my concerns and recommend the right product. The store is well laid out and parking underneath made it easy and safe for a late evening trip.

Extremely satisfied with the attentiveness and tailored service from knowledgeable staff! I was left at ease knowing that the staff actually cared about my concerns and queries which is something money cant buy. The Chemist is conveniently located right next to the medical centre, providing a large variety of goods and services making it a one stop shop. I will be back and highly recommending friends and family! Thank-you!!!

Always give an excellent service regardless of volume of customers. I asked Nutcha some questions and she came out from behind the counter leading me to the area. She gave heaps of alternatives and great advice. Love genuinely beautiful smiles from all staff.

Given they are right in the middle of a tourist district, they went above and beyond to help try and get a medication I needed. To the point even when there was a shortage of in there stores on the Gold Coast they happily referred me to a competitor that didn’t have it in stock after them phoning around. It is in a tourist spot so I was really surprised at the level of customer service and would recommend them highly

Great service! Best experience with overseas pharmacy service ever! It was very busy. but that couldn't be helped sometimes.The long opening times during the week until 10 pm, and they are open 7 days, makes getting medications a lot easier.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Well stocked. Also has stuff for posting letters etc and does dry cleaning too

They do deliver if you can’t get out of bed. Handy. Also handy is the doctors the next door
that are open seven days a week and open the light to match the chemist.

Very handy indeed. In fact my first or second day here I was walking around Surfers Paradise and coming home and got stuck in the rain and grabbed a poncho and umbrella and I was fine Crossing the bridge home.

My wife, kids and I were on holiday when my wife smashed her toe. We walked into the chemist and the Dr behind the counter was unbelievably helpful. He cleaned up the wound and wrapped it up. He was amazing and my wife was so appreciative. He was even great with my kids. We need him back in Melbourne!

IV been blown away with the amount of care and consideration the female pharmacist has. I called her after having a problem with a different pharmacy regarding my son's anti biotics she went out of her way to help me and give me so much information and care I couldn't recommend her Enuff what a wonderful human. Very rare to come by these days. Thankyou so much for helping me words can't express my gratitude.

The best chemist on the Gold Coast. I had couple of health issues in the past and they are always going next level to help me out and give me really valuable advise. For many years, I have only been coming to Chempro in Chevron Renaissance. Marc and his staff have always been very pleasant to deal with. They have expert knowledge on what medicine to take for what ever the reason. They seem to be extra knowlegible with skin conditions like eczema, asthma and wound management.
