This review is exclusively for the young man on the window, taking everyone’s orders and money. We stopped in tonight to get the kids a meal to take home, and you were such a pleasant, friendly person and very well mannered man.

It's McDonald's. Having Hungry Jack's right in front can make it a tough choice sometimes. I switch between them on different floors. The service and interior are both very clean and of high quality, making it a recommendation-worthy option.

THE STAFF HERE ARE AMAZING!

Misplaced and lost some personal items after dinner with the family earlier in the evening. Thankfully the good samaritan handed my items into the wonderful staff who kept it safe and sound.

A must recommend for those flustered parents who need to let the kids play and enjoy a coffee. Lovely staff with honesty and integrity.

ngl i didn’t even want maccas tn. but i decided to push thru and get a quarter pounder. best decision of my life. paired well with a large coke no sugar. i’m at a loss for words. lovely staff very nice. 10/10 wish i got another. good vibes all around in the drive thru. very scenic experience

This is the best place ever the food is to die for the service is amazing 🤩 and they have playgrounds inside so I can have fun with myself and my kids I love this place 11/10 so amazing 🤩

Quick service and friendly staff

Very pleasant experience at this Maccas. Staff were more than helpful, noticeably the Manager who made sure I was well looked after. One of the young female staff helped me with the self ordering & brought my order to me as soon as it was ready. ( which was very quick) . I can definitely recommend this outlet, I would certainly come back again.

Good place for early morning coffee and breakfast

Everything you expect from Macca's. If on the rare occasion something isn't right with my order they're great at fixing it or offering a replacement.

Definitely the most consistent McDonalds in the area

Friendly and helpful staff, not much wait at all, clean and tidy place.

I've only been the this McDonald's twice but both times my order had everything. The changes on multiple burgers were made with no mistakes to any. The presentation and assembly of the meals impressed me because most just slap it all together, ignore the grill slip and let you remake it. If I lived closer this would be my usual.

One of the better Macas around. You don’t always get it perfect as people are learning but most of the time coffee is good and food is what it should be 👍👍 nice job Burps

Gotta admit I'm 99% drive-thru customer mostly but cannot think of a single complaint. ALWAYS super friendly staff at both pay and collect windows. The after school treat peak time flows smoothly and rarely have to wait. Keep up the great work I say!

I am regularly here for Uber eats pickups. This is the best store put of all the ones I visit by far. The management are exceptional, especially Jade and Madison. The guys and girls on the front counter always go the extra bit to help people, others stores in the area could learn a lot from the Burpengary restaurant. Wait times are also a lot lower here as well. Highly recommend the coffee here as well

Food is what you would hope for which is nice, never missed an order! But for the last few visits the staff have been nothing short of amazing. If any staff that applies to sees this know your friendliness isn't falling on deaf ears
