Hungry Jack's Burgers Burpengary

I understand that the quality of products at Hungry Jack's can vary depending on the day of the week. In my personal opinion, I find the food particularly delicious on Monday afternoons. It's all a matter of personal taste!

Disgraceful today, food was cold, stake rolls. (Staff did make the x3 different burgers again but tasted microwaved), sauce open on seat, dirty food on windows, air con vent leaking on bench seat x2, bin was over flowing while staff were all giggling like 2 yr olds behind the counter.

Very helpful staff and food hot and drinks cold my last visit was great busy but food and drink served within 6 minutes and dined inside.

So so so so so so so so so soooooooooooooooooooooo good. yyummy yum so awesome. big yummy yummy on chiken burgaz and bef bugaz. vegan bagaz no no yum yum, only cows and pigs and chiken are so yum yumyum yum.

You know what you get with fast food, quick, consistent, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Best HJ's burger for freshness and by far best tasting chips I have had from a HJ's

Tasteless luke warm jr whopper with very little toppings. A few strands of lettuce, one slice of thin tomato from top with hole cut in centre to remove green piece, one pickle, very little mayo. Think I'll give up on the hit and mostly miss burgers. Unless I order extra everything in the hope of getting something decent. Used to be my favourite HJ store but last two times has been a dry floppy, lack luster mess.

I've been eating Hungry Jack's for thirty years and the burger and fries I had at this one were the best I've ever had. The chips had the perfect level of crunch and the burger had just the right amount of sauce.

Lots of families were at this one, probably from the lovely workers. Got the veggie burger veganised with help from the employee and wasn't charged extra for it. Tasty, fast 👌

It was a pleasure and honour to have my meal taken here. A couple months back I remember a young handsome boy who was on every morning who had the speed of a cheetah impressed me when he'll take my order, make the order than bag all by himself. That type of worker is what a company can not replace it's a shame I haven't seen him around. The staff now are alright not the best as how it was like back then, but compliments to the front of house blonde girl, who delivers the best customer service in my opinion in the area. Thank you

The staff here, according to my experience, are polite and reasonable. Using a coupon, they gave me a free whopper burger, small chips and small drink! The food is excellent, but the chips are just a little bit salty. It is the best hungry jacks restaurant/ fast food store I have been to. 😄😁🙂

Hi there my son and I went to your burpengary restaurant on Saturday afternoon and our order was fast and delivered great, wonderful service. And a special shout out to 'madison' who seen my son with a scraped knee that the lil man just accomplished on our way down to get his favourite chocolate milkshake from you guys, she went out of her way to offer band aids and a wipe, thank you such a caring team

My Daughter and I were exceptionally pleased with the service our cashier Jorgie had given us tonight. Jorgie was a very pleasant, positive and vibrant young lady. We also highly appreciate the Burpengary stores environment, cleanliness and service wayyy more better compared to our local.

BEST HUNGRY JACKS I'VE FOUND IN AUSTRALIA SO FAR, not cappin, we came all the way back up from Nimbin to have some more, quality ingredients love the food

Polite & full of smiles staff. I asked for not stock standard items & were very obliging. Shame they out of free glasses but that's just a supply issue. Very happy with everything else.

Great place, it was not busy at all. I got what i ordered in under 3 minutee. I got the flake storm, it was way better than a mcflurry.

staff have all been quick to serve and friendly and polite. this is our favourite Hungry Jacks 👍👍never had a mistake in the order

Edit: I went back with some stupid order where I changed just about every sauce and added stuff to all the burgers and extra salt on some of the chips and they didn't miss a thing. 👍

Being elderly I didn't want a huge burger - so for $2.95 I got the perfect size. Not being coke mad - I got a lovelly small chocolate sundae!!!! Many many thanks Hungry Jack's. Marlene Kronk.
