The Exercise Physiologists at Enable are extraordinary.. professional, caring and with wicked senses of humour. Sessions with Mel and Co are rewarding, sometimes exhausting, and always fun.

I suffered a horse crush injury nearly ten years ago rendering me an Incomplete Paraplegic. After wandering through the maze of all sorts of Specialists, I finally found Mel. That was seven years ago when I began doing hydrotherapy. I see Mel twice a week nowadays. One session in the pool, the other in the Enable Heath, air conditioned, well equipped clinic. You know the old saying; use it or lose it!

I’ve found Mel very knowledgeable in her field. She shows empathy and encouragement when I need it, along with a reminder of why I’m doing this work when I’m feeling lazy. If I’m in pain, Mel always knows a solution, so we can get through the exercise session.
