I have recently been looking for work and tried many different recruitment agencies. Most of them did not even bother calling me and the few that did get in touch found entry level positions that were not suited to my skills or experience. Simone at Youngbrook was the complete opposite. The first time she found a job for me it was a fantastic opportunity that suited my previous experience and skills, Simone was the only recruiter that found out what I was actually looking for, I was super impressed with the whole process. In the future Youngbrook will be my first call, whether I’m looking for a job or looking to employ somebody else. I would give them 6 stars if I could. Fantastic experience and you don’t say that during a job hunt usually! Thanks again Simone and the whole team!

I dealt with Cameron last year for a temp CNC manufacturing role he got me into to.
Cameron is a great bloke, supportive and actually interested in finding a role that is not only suited to your skills but something you want to do.
He actually gives me a call every now and then to see how my latest job role is going.
Simone was great to deal with as well

Simone and Wanda are absolutely fantastic! Initial consultation was fine but thereafter a complete lack of communication about a specifically discussed role was disappointing.
I have absolutely no issue being told my application would not be progressing any further but I do expect to be told. I believe a month after initial meet is more than enough.
After reading other overall positive reviews I'm willing to concede this appears to be not in keeping with their usual level of service. The reason for this review is not personal, it is to highlight the experience potential clients MAY receive. I've been that person waiting by the phone, desperate for work and waiting for recruiters to get back to me and it's not a pleasant place.
