We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, the atmosphere is like we were on vacay far away from the city rush. This is the first time i’ve been back since lockdown. The food was fantastic from the presentation to the taste to how quickly we were served. Even the smoothie. The only thing is that it was very hot I kinda wished they had some sort of cooling system in place outside. Def worth a visit, I’ll be back again real soon

A perfect little cafe on the river in quiet but very beautiful village. We decided to go for a hike and then get our brunch at the cafe. The staff was kind enough to accommodate without reservation and we were lucky enough to get a perfect table with a view. Eggs Benny and my scrambled eggs with crispy bacon and sourdough toast was served to the perfection. I was tempted to try many other things but was too full with my meal so I’m definitely going to visit again.

Special Brunch with a lifelong friend, returning to where I grew up (just two doors from the boat shed) and where we met. So much has changed, but so much still the same, and Woronora is still such an idyllic spot.

The Boatshed was the perfect place to celebrate our “trip down memory lane”.

Delicious food, pretty decor and well-run with lots of staff available - it was busy, and for good reason - it’s good! :)

I loved the poke bowl, partner loved the garlic in the tagliatelle, and we had a flavourful spirulina smoothie.

Had a fabulous lunch with family. Was lovely weather so enjoyed the beautiful surrounds. Food and drinks were exceptional. Location brilliant. Service, attentive without being intrusive. Parking was a little difficult but worth it

A return visit, scored table 1 by the creek and even though it was cold we had the morning sun warm us, along with the heater nearby.

Service is good, coffee was large and the food fantastic.

Really see why this place is popular, the food is good and the service was friendly and accomodating for us turning up early one Sunday.

Definitely worth stopping by if you're visiting the shire. It's located right by the river with a lovely view. The employees were friendly and quick with their service. The Golden Gaytime shake was definitely worth the price however, I'd definitely order it as a dessert/last course. Definitely recommend the Karaage Chicken Wrap and the shakes.

Such a gem in the area. Tucked quietly in the river side, the boatshed woronora is a must go cafe. It can be spotted easily from the road as it is just opposite the playground. Almost full house during lunch hour so none of the river view seatings were available. Service was prompt but our food took a bit longer to arrive. Nonetheless, no complaints with the food and we enjoyed our time there. There are parkings available in front of the cafe.

Patrons travel from far and wide to get that, 'I'm On Holiday' feeling Cheerful helpful staff attend to your needs, while you while away your time, whether it's a family/friends catch up. Or, as in my case, a business meeting.
If you have more time meet before or after a bush walk or a river paddle. The Kids will remember this forever

Very cute boat shed marine themed with an open plan indoor dining area leading straight out to the back deck that’s fully shaded and right on the Woronora River where canoes and kayaks can dock and you can step right into this cafe. Nicely considered menu that will suit all tastes whether it’s a small snack or more substantial brunch or lunch. Super friendly and professional staff and high quality food for a reasonable price. Their specialty shed milkshakes are great with a mini magnum/iceblock included. Big plus - Outside deck allows doggies too which staff made sure to look after by bringing over water bowls. Fab place and highly recommend!

Beautiful water side dining in a modern, bright, tastefully decorated, nautical themed cafe / restaurant. Delicious food, so many lovely meals to choose from. We will be back! I had the delightful chicken Caesar salad. 100% recommend

Even if you are from the Shire, you still might not know about this place. We heard about it from a local so we thought we would give it a go. The inside has a lot of tables and there is a deck outside where you can dine practically on the water. We arrived for brunch. I ordered the Boatshed brekkie with added bacon, and it was delicious. My wife ordered the Buttermilk pancakes with mango and lime compote, coconut flakes, blueberries, mascarpone cheese & maple syrup. The coffee was good, the food was great, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. We loved the fact that they take bookings and can cater for large tables. Thanks for an enjoyable morning, we will be back soon. :)

Great service in a lovely atmosphere, the Breakfast platter is a tower of tastiness. Bacon and Eggs on Sourdough was a great choice also. Ian and Nicola are wonderful hosts. Finally go for a kayak ride up the river afterwards to burn off those additional calories.

Beautiful place on a cold Sunday winter morning. We ordered the breakfast platter for 3 which was more than enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Quality food, efficient service, well priced and a nice, quiet location.

We made a booking for lunch and I'm glad we did as they were very busy. We hired a canoe first from the guys down the side of The Boatshed building. It's $40 per hour which includes your vests and you can also ask for a dry bag for your phone! My bum got a bit wet in the canoe but luckily I'd brought a change of clothes. 😅 We were definately ready for lunch by this stage!. My daughter ordered the chicken schnitzel burger which she said was great and I ordered the Mediterranean bowl which had great flavour, I just wish my pumpkin had been cooked a touch longer. The meals were very quick to come out and service was fantastic. It was a great day out!
