The half Asian guy consistently called me “love” even though I was obviously uncomfortable with it and in the end I had to ask him to stop. I’m guessing his father is an old white Australian guy who treats his mother terribly. The poor thing. Dude - sshh, your misogyny is showing. It’s so unprofessional.

If you work here, you clearly have to have your RSA and know everything in the book. You should be a people person and know your product! Right? So when a female customer is touched by an intoxic old man, rubbing her on the arm, you would think the professional behind the counter would step in!! No!! Even telling him off, nobody said a thing! Disgusting! And don't have staff that ‘sometimes’ check the check ins!!
