Ramen Danbo South Brisbane

I'm updating my review from last time, after being there a few more times, This is by far the best ramen place I've ever been to. Unfortunately, it's a bit of a drive down to the city every time I want a great spicy ramen , I'd love to see you guys open another store further north, maybe Northlakes or Caboolture? There's not much competition up that way, and you guys would crush it.

Very friendly staff, great food! Gyokai ramen was good, I had 2 extra servings of noodles to enjoy it more. Broth was very rich and savoury, noodles had a great bite to them and the chashu was tender and delicious.

Great outdoor tables for people watching and a super simple menu order system via QR code. I don’t have a lot of ramen experience so I wasn’t sure which to order or what add ons would work so I kept it simple - plus chilli and bok choy and it was perfect. I’d order an egg for the top next time tho 😉

Street parking was easy to find on a Saturday afternoon, otherwise there’s a car park in the complex right next door.

Service and food were on point 👌 So delicious! And gluten free (rice) options for my gf friends 👯

Amazing ramen, especially for the price. Very nice restaurant as well, quick service.

Food wise : you can customise your ramen to your liking. Standard on all options including spicy is perfect. Perfect atmosphere for ramen. Service is great.
Facilities i.e. toilet, is somewhere around outside at the back, and if you’re after the womens toilet it’s going to be a bit of a walk.

Food came out blisteringly fast (ordered standard ramen). We had to wait outside for some to leave before we could be seated, but the pre-ordering method helps mitigate this wait. Tip: they can validate your parking ticket (nearby car park) for 2 hours if dining there!

Can’t be enough to eat ramen without etra eggs & the pork😋. Went here so many times and it always good!

Great little Ramen space in south Brisbane next to the Brisbane Convention Centre. This authentic Ramen shop and chain do some of the best Ramen in Queensland. Staffed by friendly Japanese, this quaint establishment was easy to get a seat at lunch time. Popularity rises later in the evening and when it gets cold this is a great way to be cosy warm. Make sure you add your toppings to your Ramen and don’t expect to wait long.

Extremely rich and creamy broth, just how I like it! Meat was tender and soft, portions were generous and ramen arrived promptly at a perfect temperature.

Both Brisbane and GoldCoast branch are fantastic. Warm and hearty bowl of noodle more than enough to fill you up. Cheap enough !

Authentic ramen, broth was rich and flavourful. Karaage chicken and gyoza were super good as well. 👍👍

Ramen Danbo is the best place to get Ramen. There are a lot of custom options to choose from.

Amazing foods. I realised why this restaurant was top-rated!! Very good price for foods. You can also choose noodle type, spicy level, salty level, adding toppings, etc. They don't take reservation so, you will need to walk in to see how long you need to wait to get a table. I don't mind to wait to eat their ramen!! Yummy Yummy!!

Completely understand the hype after experiencing it. Luckily went on a week night, so no line. Never been to Japan to confirm what "authentic" ramen tastes like but this was nonetheless delicious, and (as I'm told) the closest Australia has to the real deal. Service, staff and atmosphere were all great. Deserves all the praise it gets

The ramen on offer here is incredible!
You can customise everything to the thickness and richness of the broth to how firm you like your noodles.
Extra toppings? Of course!
Extra noodles? You bet!
Like it spicy? Bring the heat!
There is even combo deals for all of the above. They certainly know their customer needs well.

The best ramen franchise in Brisbane and a particularly good one in West End. Definitely get the classic ramen with nitemago, the broth is amazing, and eggs are perfect.

You can also choose the level of spice, firmness of the noodles, etc. and they’ve got plenty of sides - gyozas are great 👌

Absolutely amazing first time with Raman. Wanted to visit here for a long time so worth the wait. Busy which is a good sign. Fantastic service and food from the chef's was amazing. Very keen to come back over and over again. Glad I read about the SW1 carpark offer meaning I can drive here easy 👍

Yummy yummy ramen! About 15-20 mins wait (we came at 730pm and there was a wait.) Very busy little Japanese restaurant.

Quick and easy service. So many delicious options and you can easily customise your order to suit your tastes.

I love this place. I always come here and bring my friends for the high quality ramen.
