My experience in this pharmacy is the best I've had. The staff is amazing, especially Dee. She is kind, courteous, and cares about the clients. Her customer service is amazing, so helpful and resourceful. Lering the pharmacist is also very kind and attentive. Fantastic team!!!

The most beautiful pharmacist I have ever seen sorted me out with a range of products that brought me right back to life after I came in with food poisoning. My gold coast trip was completely saved thanks to her. Not sure of her name - but thanks very much if you're reading this.

Staff were incredibly helpful! Girl at the front register (I think her name is Evie?) was exceptionally patient and explained my options to ensure I made the best choice for my health. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

I've only been living in Surfers for 9 months, but my experiences at this store have always been good / pleasant ones.

Kristy, the Nutritionist, has always greeted me with a lovely big smile and "Hello" ... and is very knowledgeable about health matters & products sold in the store.

And last time I was there she was astute enough to notice that the old emptied tablet box I had given her was marked 10mg in strength, whereas the Script said only 5mg …

So An-Ruo, the Pharmacist, was kind enough to take the time & effort to ring my local GP, discuss my situation with him, and subsequently alter the Script over the phone to 10mg.

Excellent service all round in my opinion.

The customer service here is always amazing, but I just wanted to make a special mention to Trish (I really hope I have her name right) who literally made my day today! She was unbelievably kind and helpful with my problem - faith in humanity 100% restored. Thank you Trish! 🙂

My daughter developed a rash that seemed to be getting worse. Instead of visiting a GP, I decided to seek the advice of a pharmacist, and I'm glad I did. I was in and out within just a couple of minutes, and the ointment that the pharmacist provided helped subside my daughter's rash.

In all honesty, I didn't know that I could visit a pharmacist to diagnose and treat certain ailments. But I'll ensure to seek their advice more often from now on.

In a town like Surfers Paradise it is not always easy to find great service.
The friendly team at Towers Pharmacy made me feel welcome. They took the time to answer my questions about the medication I had been prescribed and checked out the side effects I was concerned about.
I have been back to Towers Pharmacy on a number of occasions and since that first visit I have always been treated as a valued customer.
It is such a relief to know I have found a Chemist I can trust.

Terrific service radically for pensioners the managing pharmacist ERINY HANNA was so helpful with my prescription and informed me that they are offering free prescription delivery in surfers that will help lots of people who are house bound her Co manager AN-RUO blah was also very helpful Definitely 10stars.PJ. new revue I had the pleasure of dealing with the most helpful pharmacy chemist her name is ERINY she was the most helpful in showing me the right dosages to take and when especially with the vitamins I take and also advised me on the best vitamins to keep me healthy as pensioner I can highly recommend CHEMPRO towers surfers paradise. This is a fully stocked chemist. I always find the staff extremely helpful, but not pushy. Pricing here is better than other chemists in the area as they focus more on being a chemist and not selling tourist knick knacks. If your staying in one of the hotels around the area and need to get a script or pickup some medicine for the kids, this is where I would recommend.

Went to this chemist to enquire about a medical device for my partner, they didn't have one in stock but the lady who served us couldn't be more helpful, she made a phone call to see if anyone else had one. We ended up buying some things anyway. Top notch service! Can't recall her name but she had blonde hair and worked on Sunday the 16th of October.

Staff are so friendly and knowledgable. Great prices to begin with but always happy to match if need be. An enjoyable experience every time I shop here!
