I'm so happy I found Image Property and Zara! I have had terrible experiences with property managers, so finding Zara and Meg was a breath of fresh air. They quickly got all my properties under control with bills, tenants, etc and I can now relax because I know they're on top of it. Zara is amazing - super responsive, transparent and hard working.

Having recently completed a rent renewal and a second property undergo a break of its lease, I have been pleased that both events were handled by Lana Shanks at Image Property with professionalism, diligence and effective communication. Lana's knowledge of the market and my properties meant the renewal process in both cases was rapid and seamless. I was also grateful for Lana's professionalism in providing expert advice during the break lease and onboarding of a new tenant. We've been renting through Image Property for 7 months and so far the experience has been great. Jess our property manager is very responsive - maintenance dealt with quickly and great communication following up on maintenance and other requests. All points of contact from the viewing the property, to starting our lease and picking up keys has been seamless.

Zara was a breath of fresh air amidst so many lack lustre agents. She always responds quickly and is delightfully pleasant to deal with. She came to the rescue fast tracking our application to help my son move easily from where he was renting with a deadline to move out and into the new apartment. Stress free experience. Image was excellent with their services being provided to us. When we had to put the property back on the market for lease, it was stress free for us. Kahlia our property manager did all the work, from market review process to communicating with us at all times of the turnout. Finally, the process to securing the tenants. Communication is always the key to a good relationship between Landlord & Property Manager & tenants. This is a tick for us with Image. Very easy to deal with. I was introduced to Image Property after acquiring an investment property in Brisbane.

From the start they were very helpful and organised - they have good online documentation and explanations. The property manager was experienced, very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to deal with.

They have a good vetting and application process for finding tenants….my property was a new build with a couple of teething problems but Image Property were on to any issues straight away. Tenants have an easy way of contacting them and logging any queries or issues.

So far in my dealings with Image Property, there’s always been someone available to get things done - their portal has all the details to track payments and view updates on any issues.

I’m very happy to recommend them.

I also appreciate that they have photos of all the staff on the website - even though you may not meet them all, you know who you’re dealing with, which is important.
