What more can be said that has already been espoused about Merlo coffee? Not much, but it's great anyway.

Regardless, the women working the bench on Christmas Eve should be commended. Great and quick service. The coffee was amazing and they never missed a beat.

Great coffee , seating shaded for summertime , they also have great snacks if you need a quick bite . Situated next to Woolies , a newsagent, fish shop , barber, and bottle shop so you can enjoy a quick coffee before grocery shopping and picking up the winning lotto ticket.

Best coffee and carrot cake (fresh) I’ve ever had . Prices are a little cheaper than in the VP shopping centre too. Staff are always fast and happy to be there. Large outdoor seating area next door the Woolworths. Merlo rewards app is simple and keeps track of coffee purchases so you qualify for a free one after 10 . I even got a free one on my birthday.

I had the best service today ( SUNDAY 11th Sept) from a young girl, her name was Maddie I think (I'm hopeless with names), she'll know who she is, anyway I've been a customer there for at least 2years and have never been offered a member card | or digital sign up before till today, also I buy whole beans from there and have never been offered different flavors as my free coffee until today. well done young lady .

Love this place! Great coffee served by great people. Always friendly and remember the orders of the regulars. Great for vegans, with many milk alternatives including Bonsoy. They do there bit for the environment too, providing a discount to anyone bringing their own cup.

First time here for a quick business meeting and I was pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff, great coffee and heaps of seating both inside and out. Not a terribly private setting being an open plan area with lots of foot and vehicle traffic but it's still a great location. Parking is a also made easy with a huge shopping centre carpark at your disposal.

I've been frequenting Merlo for years - consistently good coffee, coffee beans and food, but what makes this place stand out from the crowd is the continued excellence and professionalism of the staff: friendly, great service, hard working and always on the ball, working like a well-oiled (coffee) machine - especially amazing when you consider how busy it can get there next to Woolies. Keep doing what your doing guys! Merlo management - you have a terrific team of people working for you, look after them and keep hold of them. (Sorry I didn't give this feedback a lot sooner).

Consistently well made coffee. The best in the Vic Point shopping precinct and easy parking. Raises the bar on taste. Never burnt!

My local coffee shop. Fantastic coffee and service. I also buy my ground coffee here and am given really good advice on what to try. And their little gluten-free biscuit/cakes are to die for. Definitely 5 stars all round.

At the age of 73 yrs I bought my very first ever take away coffee. I often wondered why there was always a queue at the counter when I went to woolies next door. Today my curiosity got the better of me and I bought a coffee. They laughed at my name "Lady Annie" and it is true I have it on my drivers licence lol . At home I drink Blue Mountain blend but I must say I enjoyed my first cup of Merlo . I saw the sign for the competition and had someone take my photo outside the store so here it is .

Love the coffee. Purchased a container of ground beans which was in a tin that I can reuse. Options offered for reusable cups. Requested tea this time instead and served in a lovely tea set on a wooden tray. Fresh large tea leaf in an infuser yum.

I come here most days before work to get my morning coffee, have not had a bad experience with the team they are always happy and laughing it brightens the mornings seeing them happy at work.
