Circle on Cavill Chempro Chemist

This is a nice little pharmacy with a lot of stock. They have everything from prescription services through to first aid and products for travellers who left something at home. Perhaps not the cheapest around, but very convenient and so much under one roof. Staff were very friendly and helpful, not just pointing in a direction to go in, but actually taking you there. You can't beat that in an unfamiliar place.

Good pharmacy friendly pharmacist on numerous occasions, pharmacist happily assisted with medical certificates as per fair work act, plus importantly got both my doses here as they had the best stock levels of the different types of jab. 5 stars.

There are some new workers that have no interest in customer rapport and just want you to hurry up, pay and leave FAST so they can get another customer out of the way, which creates a distressing and confusing situation for a level 2 autistic when I am trying so hard on my own to make a simple transaction.

These new staff really hate leaving that counter to offer help as well.

Some people aren't suited to work in a pharmacy - it doesn't mean they are not good people though.

Justin however, is the best of the best.

We've been coming to this chemist for many years now. Jess is so lovely and very helpful and understanding. Justin was always so kind and is dearly missed since moving on. Rick has now taken his place and is also very kind and patient. :)

Went to get a booster shot the other day. Besides the usual filling out the form it was literally over before you could blink. No over the top garbage just coupla questions then jab and done in 60 secs. Then could just sit outside (or inside, very flexible) in the fresh air to make sure no adverse reaction and on your way.

I hate crowds and first two jabs elsewhere were daunting in amongst people me just not wanting to be there and escape but this was so easy. I will definitely go out of my way to give these guys business in the future if need their service.

I recently had problems with a product I purchased from this Chemist so I contacted Justin who was most helpful. It has taken some weeks to resolve this problem but Justin didn't give up, kept me up-to-date with the progress and the product has now been replaced. I have received excellent service with pleasant courtesy and understanding. I could not have wished for more! A very happy customer.

My elderly Mum who resides in Victoria required to have a restricted prescribed item dispensed from (Qld) Surfers Paradise to Victoria.

Staff are beautiful. Stairs at entrance so wouldn't recommend for those in wheelchairs. Well priced and clean shop.

This pharmacy is amazing if it wasn’t for micka and her customer service and her care for patients she makes the whole of chempro on the Gold Coast look amazing patience and understanding is all I ask when I go to get my scripts and she is nothing but patient pleasant and professional 10/10 best chempro on the Gold Coast Jess is also an upstanding and amazing team member that is patient and pleasant aswell

During this pandemic panic and after visiting numerous pharmacies for medical supplies this one was by far the best - for both stock and also very helpful and friendly staff.
