The BEST dental practice ever!!
Myself and my family had been going to Gentle Dental for years then we moved to Sydney and my teeth got butchered!
When I moved back to the GC I went back to Gentle Dental to get my butchered teeth fixed.
Dr Robert and his dental assistants are so lovely, friendly, caring and kind.
Dr Robert is not out to make money he genuinely cares about people having good health and dental health. I can not recommend Gentle Dental highly enough.
If you are scared about going to the dentist (which I was for a very long time due to having such bad experiences) then you should definitely go to Gentle Dental! I never feel the injections and everything is explained to you about the procedures.
I actually look forward to going because it’s just such a great experience.

Dr Robert Thong gave me the best dental experience. He fixed my damaged tooth and made it look better than it has looked in years. It was also the least amount of pain I have experience in the dental chair. I can't believe it. Assistant Jen was very helpful and calmed me down when I was nervous. If everyone had a dentist like this to go to more people would go and not avoid getting their teeth checked. Thank you

I was extremely nervous about going to a new dentist, as I've had a few bad ones over the years. I can highly recommend this amazing and very gentle dentist. He put me right at ease and did a fantastic job too.

First appointment with Dr Robert. What a treat. Had broken tooth fixed with no pain at all. .,tooth looks perfect and no post treatment pain either. . He fitted me in as emergency with minimal wait and thorough explanation of what to expect . Very informative, professional and great job done by him and his team. The best dentist in Australia!!! I honestly couldn't recommend Robert more highly - he has completely rid me of my fear of the dentist. Not only is he kind, friendly and personable, but incredibly professional and GENTLE! His work was reasonably priced and well executed. He even gave me a hug at the end. Thank you Robert! x

I took my mum here 6 months ago before she had her hip replacement when she had a cracked tooth. Dr Thong was very good with her, organized a specialist because of surgery requirements, and made sure she was in the best position to successfully undergo her operation without complications from dental problems.

I then went to him when I lost a filling and was very happy. He knew what pain interventions were necessary (and not). Very thorough and professional. Also reasonably priced.

I love it that someone with 30 years experience can still be enthusiastic about what he is doing!

The best dental experience I've ever had! Dr Thong goes above and beyond, he was so thorough and made me feel at ease during my procedure. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating.

I find going to the dentist for anything, completely traumatic, and they made me feel comfortable and safe, gave me a big rubber tooth to squeeze whilst in the chair. So lovely and caring, cannot recommend enough.

If you have a needle phobia or general nerves about the dentist, Gentle Dental crush them both. If I could give more stars I would, I’ve never had a more painless/comfortable dentist experience before this.
I unfortunately used to avoid going to the dentist due to these reasons however, like the name suggests, they prioritise patient comfort along with fast and top quality work. As long as I live on the Coast, I’ll never go anywhere else.

As someone with a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist, I am soooo lucky to have found this place, Dr Thong is the absolute best dentist I have ever had. He went to great lengths to make sure my visits are always calm, friendly, and incident free. He is always very patient with me and I couldn’t ask for better service :)
