LOWOOD MEDICAL CENTRE

The Doctor my husband and I see is excellent. He notices straight away if something is not right. Then straight onto solving the problem.we get better care from living in small towns then in the city.The staff are wonderful they all make you feel welcomed.
Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Donna R

People sit on here and complain about long wait times yet will complain of the doctor isn't taking time to listen. You can not have it all!!

Yes sometimes the wait is longer than desired but I know that they have been taking extra time with patients and when its my turn they will take that extra time to hear me out too. So im happy to wait!

These doctors are wonderful, trying their best and the reception staff are gems. They are just trying to please everyone but guess theres not doing that.

I have not received better medical care anywhere. Dr Kazal Dewan has been doing some pretty amazing skin cancer surgery on my face... involving significant skin grafts from my neck to my nose, ear and cheek with great results. They are barely noticeable. The nursing staff are good at their craft too and the admin girls are friendly and accommodating. As a seventy year old, I have faced my share of medical problems and this practice is up there with the best and that includes major hospitals. We can be proud that as a small country town, we are so well looked after. Thank you to all and to the support of our government who covers the cost of it. Top marks!

Could not complain as I'm recently new here and found both the doctors and receptionist staff to be very polite and very efficient in their professions !

Wonderful Drs, nurses, and support staff! Extremely handy to have pathology and allied health services on site too.

A common thing these days , you make an appointment for say 9 o'clock 45 yes 45 mins you get your appointment . Everyday all day it dosen't matter what doctor's or what surgery it 45 mins or more on the very very very rare occasion you may get in on time . Forgot to add if you need to see a Excellent Doctor in lowood or fernvale Dr Paul Crowley is the man to see. Have known of Paul since the mid 90s and he always has your best interests at heart , a 15 outta 10 stars for that bloke . Cheers

Decent doctors most of the time, though the front staff are grumpy all the time, never smile or say "hello how are you" and act like you are an inconvenience to their day. Not very nice customer service at all.

Once you get an appointment, its okay. But it takes 6 calls over the week to get an appointment. The phone constantly rings out and there is no voice message or call-back service. Very frustrating.

Doctors are great but it is hard to get anyone to pick up the phone when you call, after about the 3rd call soneone answers
