The staff are nice and friendly and caring (June always has a smile and a warm greeting). The store is clean and tidy. There are some good specials

Really lovely supermarket. Spotlessly clean and well laid out. Ladies behind the Deli area could do with a smile and maybe, a slightly warmer manner .

Nice staff, they have Fruitchocs! That's almost worth a visit in itself.

Many times I have whizzed in and whizzed out to buy essentials for the caravan as I stopped over during the holidays.
However over Easter this month, I had a good look around Drakes and was so surprised at the really wide range of grocery staples, produce and mouth watering delicatessen items, on show at Drakes.
The premises were clean, the stocks were ample for the Easter rush and the service remained personable and friendly.
What a bonus for a country township like Lowood.

Got all all the basics plus more. Prices are very reasonable. Some really good weekly special, starting every Wednesday also Wednesday is Pensioner's discount day. % of whole of shop, show your card to receive. It's not much, but we all know that every cent counts when Albos government doesn't give a toss about anyone other than themselves.

Very friendly staff. They must have a happy work place could tell from the way the staff were talking and smiling. Fresh fruit and veg and good quality. Great range of fresh meat. Beats woolies in fernvale hands down

Clean and carrying a great range of products, including some special items/brands not usually found in Qld supermarkets. The recently installed shade sails in the carpark are a terrific and welcome addition. Well done Drakes.

It has everything u need. The staff are very helpful always courteous n polite n smiling. They are very prompt wen u r waiting in line to open another lane. There specials are great. They have a huge variety of products to choose from . There fruit n veg is always fresh n crispy n heaps to choice from. There hours are really good living out this way as they don't close till 8pm.

Because i live in lowood its a fantastic shop so close to home and great variety of food and prices great friendly staff but best of all the bakery my daughter loves the cakes im not allowed to return home without a treat

5 stars for there selection but staff member at deli needs to not spit on hot food when she talks to customers....

Doesn't have a lot of everything but does have a variety of anything your after. Wheelchair accessible with the front concrete ramps and barely any lip in the doorways. A place always with a que when I get there but it disipates fast. I've always had great service even when needing help finding something.

Love this place, staff are always welcomeing and the store is always clean and tidy.

I was in there this morning and my groceries came to a little bit over what l had on me. I told the young man l would have to get the extra money from my car ( not really wanting to haha) He was very polite and as we were talking, he noticed that a chicken l had bought had gone through the checkout at full price, not the discount one! He apologized and fixed it for me. I was so impressed by his courtesy and honesty! I wish l got his name..lovely to see!

I love this place. Much better than the big chain store supermarkets. Friendly, clean, spacious and a good variety of products, many of which are local. Keep up the great work folks! 😊⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Awesome store in Lowood. Sorted my friends with some life saving coke after a really hot day cycling the rail trail!

In general I have nothing negative to say about Drakes Lowood. Customer service is excellent. They have everything I need and in good variety. What I don't like is the cleaners of the car park and surrounds. The cleaner wears his mask, blowing dust from the ground everywhere, all over the cars and in the air for everyone to breath in. 40 - 50 cars in the car park, that's alot of occupied space not being cleaned although the cleaner is more than likely being paid for it. This is not good for the customers health, hygiene and personal property. What about the elderly?

Apart from the fact that half the shoppers aren't wearing shoes, Drakes get some top grade steak! I have had some restaurant quality cuts from there.

Easy parking, their range of bakery products is amazing. Staff are very professional drakes has done a brilliant job with getting their prices as close as possible to Coles and Woolworths.
