Burpengary Plaza

The Plazas security guard, Ricky is
great at what he does. He has a calm approach to everyone, no matter the circumstances. He has a clear head and never fails to ensure the safety of all shoppers and staff. He always puts the safety of others before his own and maintains the plaza as a warm and welcoming environment. I’d like to thank him today for his contribution to the community.

Sadly in these trying economic times. Many family owned small businesses are wiped out by the "recession that nobody wants to talk about".

There was a great pie shop there inside the plaza, now gone.

But the rest is unchanged and still providing great products and services.

For a smaller mall, the Burpengary Plaza is quite nice. It has a variety of stores, pharmacy, big-box, smaller specialist stores, and a sizeable food court.

It’s always clean and the security are very personable. Often I see the security conversing with the store staff, keeping communication high, and always with a smile.

The trolley collection staff are also quick and professional. The car pack is kept clear and clean.

Generally a great place to go if you’re around Burpengary.

I would like to submit a review for Ricky, Burpengary Plaza’s Security Guard. He has a calm and friendly demeanor, whether interacting with staff, patrons or thieves. He is always very quick to respond to any shoplifting incidents, usually preventing thefts, which results in hundreds of dollars’ worth of stock being returned to the store. He is also always present to assist patrons when searching for lost property and solving other issues. We believe he is a true asset to your Centre.

Can we please appreciate the young ladies who work here. It’s clear from these reviews and some recent events I have witnessed, that these ladies are very much unsupported by the owners. Bear that in mind if you have to wait a few minutes longer for your order because they are busy trying to make the food on unreliable equipment and a highly stressful working environment. They are nice young ladies and sometimes they may need to take a minute, please allow them this without getting angry at them, without being nasty and aggressive. After all it’s only food, you are not going to starve if you wait 5 more minutes. These ladies are NOT servants they are they assistants be grateful they turned up to work to make your food. Please Be kind and respectful and stay in your lane.

Amazing shopping has everything you need.

Great place to get all your shopping done. All the big grocery stores are here in the surrounding area.

Good at last to see the pedestrian crossings painted near the Drs. Lots of older people have to cross there and they were terrible before.

This has always been a good shopping centre but even better since expanded few years ago. Woolworths, Kmart, Terry White Pharmacy, Miller's, plus a number of great cafes and food places both inside and out. Plus covered parking.

Best kebabs in Brisbane, so far discovered. Generously filled. Always taste fresh. Fast, friendly service. Consistently good and much better than others in the area. Thankyou!!

Empire kebabs are the reason we come here so much. Friendly staff, fresh meat and salads and they toast the kebabs so crispy. Thanks guys. You always seem to be busy! Goes to show how great the kebabs are.

LOVED this place!!! Staff were great but the food is what really makes the place. HUGE servings and such a great cost. Definitely value for money. Will be back!!!

Nice upgrade of the old centre. New Kmart is a bonus. Shops still empty in the new mall but when it is all leased this will be a great alternative to Westfield North Lakes.

It's got all you need here for shopping. Post Office, cafes, butcher, Woolworth newsagents, travel shop , hairdresser, kmart. Bottleshop. Plenty of choice. Restaurants not far away. I often shop here.

Always fast in and fast out. Just the way I like it. Pick ur times,never a queue to be seen or waited in. But the jewellery store vanishes this month. :( ,sad.

The plaza has been developed into a great place to shop.With anchor stores Woolworths and Kmart. Excellent parking and at the rear side its covered for the semitrop. Sun.

Excellent. You can usually get everything you need all in the one spot. All under one roof and it is not all that big. So walking from one end to the other is not that far.
