I was well and truly in my element here. I’m from the uk and never heard of ‘We of the Never Never’. However, I love visiting graveyards so to me this was just another one and I had no idea what was awaiting my arrival! This cemetery will stick with me as one of my fondest memories of the trip and I can’t wait to research more about the life of Jeannie Gunn!

Lovingly maintained cemetery showing the history of the area as well as the harships they endured. Worth a walk through. A fitting tribute.

They are maintaining the cemetery now ,which is fantastic. The graves of Esley homestead and their story and how they made a life here and living must be told and persevered. Good to see the story of the,Never Never.
