I’m so surprised I was able to return a medication.
I never put my medication into refrigerator, and when I realize it 10 days after I called the pharmacy and I told them.
The owner called me back and said that she didn’t want me to use the medication just in case and that I could come back and she would give me the new one with no charge .

I’m so grateful that $160 didn’t go to waste.
I know for sure the pharmacy took the loss.
Thank you to all the stuff and thank you lady the owner caring about the health of her customers.

Love this pharmacy. The Pharmacist, Nutcha, really cares and always has great advice and knowledge on my prescriptions.

My experience with Capri Chemoro was nothing short of excellent. The manager and owner Natcha and her staff were extremely knowledgeable, caring and respectful. They attended to my requirements swiftly and with great confidence. I can honestly say I have never had such extremely good all round service in any retail store leave alone just chemist stores. Congratulations you are a “Golf Star” establishment 👍

Hi I phoned re a pedometre and i spoke twice with Lauren. I really liked that she was patient and friendly. It is a nice experience to find both in a person. Both times. I think she definitely is an asset to the Chempro team. I wanted you to see it. Cheers J 🦋

It’s sad to see they have low rating from the previous management, went there today all staffs are super nice , sorry I forgot to ask the pharmacist’s name lovely Asian lady helpful, caring , professional. I highly recommend this chemist.

Curiously I was in the pharmacy the day that Olga came in and attempted to pressure the pharmacist into signing some papers. She appeared to me to be attempting to coerce him into signing papers for fraudulently obtaining Residency. I for one was pleased that the pharmacist stood up for what was morally correct. We need more people who have a sense of duty in positions of authority. Sorry Olga, get a real and genuine relationship and get actual people who live here to sign for you, not just someone you can pressure.

Probably the best local community pharmacy on the Gold Coast. Great knowledgeable staff, easy parking and reasonably priced. The family and I have been going there for years.

Prices are not bad like other comments. Support a local that has to pay rent.m and employee staff not Bunnings
