Surfers Paradise Chempro Chemist

This is an extended hours chemist, very useful for those unexpected moments when away from home. My friend fell ill and she had no medication with her. She had advice from the pharmacist on how to get a script released from her regular pharmacy and sent through to here. They promptly filled the prescription and also sold an over the counter medication to help with nausea. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, going out of the way to ensure her well-being. It is a well laid out chemist with plenty of room between the aisles. A great selection of everyday items and great options for tourists.

Great customer service. Visited twice in as many days. Both times I was asked if they could help me find something within mere minutes of walking in.

Great service by pharmacist (Mark?) Was ill at home late night and sent in my family to pick up some medicine, he made sure I was taken care of and provided excellent service. Cheers guys 👍

I spoke with the pharmacist and sought his advice on my wife being unwell away from home and he gave me advice on some apps to speak with an online doctor. We followed this advice. Had an online video call and the doctor emailed us a script for steroids and antibiotics. We went back to Chempro picked up the script and 24 hours later, meds are starting to work and starting to see my wife’s health improve and this is a direct result of the Chempro pharmacist 👨‍⚕ 🙏🙌

I was having trouble getting my script processed to them.
I called in the morning and explained every thing to Simone they did there best and i received 3 ph calls from them in one day.
I was waiting for 2 weeks from the other pharmacy not one call.

Absolutely five star pharmacy experience. I've never received such fantastic service. The staff went above and beyond and the female pharmacist is second to none.

Richard(?) did an incredible job of handing irate and drunk customers while also letting us stay a little past close to let a script be emailed through. Customer service was above and beyond. This was impressive as I just witnessed him be harassed for not being able to legally dispense medication.

Long time customer, of probably the better part of 15 years. I no longer live in the area & still travel to this pharmacy to get my scripts & medication. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and I truly appreciate the time they've taken to get to know myself & my husband.

I came here to get medicine for my toddler. The Asian male pharmacist was fantastic. He answered all my questions plus passed on additional medical information.
He greeted me when he saw me and assisted. I would recommend this pharmacy.

Excellent customer service and lovely staff

Super friendly, helpful & always open. We were desperate to get some NDSS essentials and thank goodness the team were open and had a really good range of products. Although it was after 11pm, the two ladies that helped me were bright and cheery and we're really grateful for their assistance.
