I was a little silly while packing in my home state and forgot to pack my medication. I got to Surfers Paradise and had to arrange a telehealth appointment with my doctor back home. She sent me an e-script. I came into Priceline Pharmacy and the lady working in the pharmacy section was incredible, I wish I knew her name because she deserves to be recognised for her outstanding customer service (all I know is that it was on March 12th 2024 and around 6pm if that helps the owners that see this review).

The five stars are for her.

Two stars go to the long dark headed girl working that night on normal registers whom gave complete attitude and barely spoke to us and rolled her eyes when we asked a simple question about pain relief items location.

My partner and I went in to get some makeup and was having trouble figuring out what brands to get. One of the staff Elle came over to help us and let us know on what brands are better & helping on what colour suited my partners skin tone. Elle had so much knowledge and understanding about it all, she knows how to make guests feel welcome, Elle was happy to help assist anyone and everyone and was a massive help to us, we couldn’t thank her enough for her assistance and understanding. Elle had more knowledge and experience and we will definitely shop here again. So thank you Elle for your help honestly help us so much.

I know a professional service person when I meet one.. the "extra mile" service I received today from Alison and her team @ Priceline Pharmacy 50 Caval Av Surfers P was nothing less than authentic professional leadership in action. My friend and I came in on Thursday 16th to buy some makeup and the beautiful Elle served us. I have to praise her patience and wonderful customer service. She showed us lippies, makeup kits, brushes, the works really. There was no question too hard for her to answer.

Please recognise her fantastic service and offer her a payrise or promotion or however you reward staff because she truly deserves it.

Tanisha was absolutely amazing and beyond helpful, I originally came in to buy a cleanser, and she came over right away and asked me what my skin type was all of my problems, and what could potentially be breaking my skin out and making it peel. Turns out I’m just using my products wrong but she was so beyond helpful and sweet and told me how to use my products, step by step and to come visit her if I still need any help. It feels absolutely amazing to go into an establishment and actually get helped and advise how to use my products correctly instead of being made felt stupid or silly for not knowing how to use them correctly. Please keep staff like her. She was honestly so beautiful and nice and made me feel so comfortable and happy with my purchases!! I will definitely be returning because of her!

There is a young lady called Taneisha who is so helpful! every time I go in she helps with make up and the latest best face solutions, she really cares and now i reply on her for my tips! good work

We had the beautiful Taneisha help us. Her knowledge was fantastic. She spent extra time helping my daughter out getting the right makeup for her. The lady Alison on the counter was very friendly and it was a real pleasure shopping there.

I came to this store to buy skincare products. I'm pretty knowledgeable when it comes to it but a staff helped me out and gave me some tips that I wasn't aware of.

She's pretty good at what she does and knows her stuff. One of the best store interactions I had in a while.

My wife bought lots of make up and perfumes. Taneisha was really wonderful and so so helpful in explaining each product and letting us try all the perfumes before deciding the right one.
She was extremely patient and answered all our queries.

Elle at the store is absolutely wonderful - she's on hand to ensure you are given the best advice on products and is a joy to interact with. I highly recommend visiting the store for their superb customer service and great products at great prices.

I came to this pharmacy as I was in the area and I found them to be extremely busy, beyond them being busy I was greeted and served with compassion I was given an explanation to why I was waiting a little bit longer than usual and was quite obvious to see with my own eyes. While waiting for my script I then walked around the shop and was greeted by friendly staff that assisted me with conversation about skin and beauty products I purchased a few items and a script. I was extremely satisfied with my time here although being such a busy spot. Would recommend shopping here.

Priceline in Surfers Paradise is very busy and the staff there are very helpful with great product knowledge and advise. There is a great range of make up and beauty products and I like that you can get your makeup done there by a professional and redeem cost back on purchase! Win Win! Very happy customer and recommend my friends to go there all the time 😃

Great help and knowledge from the lovely Tareisha with my mothers makeup and brushes to help her feel nice with her chemo. Went there again just for her amazing service and will be back, thank you.

I took my daughter for ear piercing at Priceline Surfers. the staff who did for my daughter called Melody. She is so patient and nice to us.She took her time doing piercing for my daughter and make sure its perfect.

I don’t often leave reviews but the staff at Priceline Surfers went over and above to help me today. They are super knowledgeable and even delivered to my door. I am so grateful, if I could give them more than five stars I would.

Priceline is now in the Paradise Centre, There is underground Parking under the shopping Centre. Catch a Tram to Cavill Ave Station. Its only a One Minute walk from the Tram Station. Prices are much cheaper than any of the chemist shops in Surfers Paradise

Big thank you to Narm for helping me out again today at my local pharmacy with selecting great skin care products. I always find her really knowledgeable and so helpful and patient explaining the various products. If you are after skin care solutions in Surfers, I recommend dropping in and seeing Narm, she is a breath of fresh air.
