All these bad reviews are for a company called Ferguson Plumbing Group - my husband tried to contact them to enquire about a plumbing apprenticeship and they were atrocious on the phone, so incredibly rude! They don’t come up on google so no one can leave them a review. Please note that Ferguson Walker Group is separate!!

Hire them for two bathroom and a toilet renovation. The best team to work with during whole renovation. Turned up at the promised time and every time completed work on time with an excellent result. Very professional and entire job came in as quoted. No hidden fees at all. We highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a high quality finish to their projects within budget.

Replacement of recirculating pump - solar hot water system: Contracted this company to revive an 11 year old solar hot water system that would otherwise have been junked. Ben and Neil showed a great understanding of what the customer wants from the job and very responsive from the initial and subsequent enquiries by phone, email and text message; Neil came on-site right on time as arranged and carried out the repair. Very happy with his work too. No fuss and new solar pump installed and operating AS NEW ever since. I would highly recommend Ferguson Walker Services to anyone who needs a plumbing work carried out by true professionals in the business.

We have a double brick home and the leak was in a cavity in between the 2 walls. Thanks to Ferguson Walker Services and assisted by GeoTeq Pty Ltd we managed to get the leak sorted with only removing 1 brick for the whole job. Thanks for always turning up and getting the job done 👍

I had them come out and quote me on putting a toilet seat back on and to renew a pipe under my sink, they wanted to charge me Over $1600 then brought the price down to $912 inc pension discount, I found a great plumber who charged me only $120 for the same thing I gave him $200 for his honesty. I would never use this company ever they are a complete rip off... Consumer beware.....

This plumbing company (trading as Aspire Plumbing) charges expensive commercial rates for domestic customers. Got charged $1400.00 for 45minutes investigating pipe for a retirement villa due to backflow, when should have been a 3rd of cost. I was sick with covid and not thinking- l should have got another 2 quotes but l was worried that my place would have flooded again. Then l got quoted a $12,000 fee to do a 1.5m excavation and pipe fix. As a pensioner it would take me 10 years to pay this off as l only get $500 a week. Both quotes were presented as a lump sum, there was no itemised items. Please get other quotes if you are considering the plumber. The young man was courteous and competent but a bit high pressure - no doubt he has to make KPI targets. Buyer beware.
