Victoria Point Medical Centre - Medicross

I have been seeing Dr. Sahar for a few years now and she is the most caring practitioner I have ever met. The staff at Medicross are also very helpful and kind.

This is the best doctor's surgery that I have been to. Dr Heidari is very professional and up-to-date, while also being very approachable. She is interested in and committed to her patients' health and well-being. She also encourages her patients to remain positively involved in co-managing their own health.

So lucky to have such a wonderful doctor and staff at Victoria Point Medicross. Always kind to us after so much of experiences of life happen to me and my family especially over the last couple of years. Thank you again for the professionalism of you all 😊

I have been a patient of Victoria Point Medical Centre - Medicross for many years, most of them with Dr Jin as my GP.

I am very happy to continue going there; the receptionists are caring and friendly, very professional. The same goes for the nurses, always a positive comment and a word of encouragement.

Dr Jin has been an attentive and proactive GP and I would miss him if he were to leave the practice. His diagnoses are accurate as are his referrals.

Dr Sahar Heidari is very thorough compassionate and respectful, the receptionist are lovely and professional. I have had many GP's in the past but i will be staying with this clinic for as long as i can. I highly recommend this service.

I am totally satisfied with the treatment I received from Dr Jin, he always listen to my health concerns, and always treat me with respect.

I love this place of all the doctors I have ever seen over the years doctor Sahar is one of those best doctors that really care like you see on the TV she really cares about her patients I love her to bits 🥰 and the staff there are so beautiful too.

However my care over the over the past few months has been exceptional and Dr Sahar Heidari and the team at the practice have gone above and beyond for me and helped me through a really tough time in my life when not many other medical professionals would have done the same. I could never express my gratitude enough to my doctor, the nurses and the friendly receptionists for always being a support network for me. I would recommend medicross victoria point to anyone who wants a team who spends time and cares for their patients.

I have been attending this practice since it first opened. Dr. Jin is friendly and caring. Nothing is too much trouble. It is easy to book appointments online or over the phone and the reception staff are all helpful. I wouldn't look anywhere else for a knowledgeable and professional doctor.
