I highly recommend this practice. Jordan, the physio who treated me, was very knowledgeable about the ankle and was quick to diagnosis the problem. He explained my exercises in great detail; highlighting why they were important and ensured I was doing them correctly. I suspect this assisted with my quick recovery. I found the support staff very friendly and it is great there is plenty of parking at the practice.

I had a fantastic experience with Jordan. He took the time to understand what is going on and explain everything clearly. He doesn't make you feel rushed and has genuine care. He further made a personalised plan and has given me treatment to help with my neck pain which has helped significantly.

Jordan was great at helping me recover from my shoulder injury. Very knowledgeable and friendly and it was amazing to see how much more mobility I gained after a few months of physio. Highly recommend this place!

I had the privilege. Of receiving physiotherapy treatment after undergoing back surgery, and I must say it complimented My recovery journey beautifully. The skilled therapists tailored exercises that were not only effective but also considerate of my post surgery condition. The gradual progression of exercises helped me regain strength and flexibility in my back, making each session feel like a step closer to being pain free. The therapists expertise, combined with their compassionate approach made this physiotherapy experience an essential and impactful part of my healing process.

I've been a client of Physioflex for several years. Mike is a very knowledgeable, caring and capable physiotherapist. He understands exactly what I need and always takes time to offer me extra advice. He goes over and above and I always leave feeling so much better. Ingrid is also very friendly and capable especially when I need to change my appointments. This is a practice that runs very efficiently, I always find them caring and accommodating. I won't be going anywhere else!

My sciatic issued flared up terribly on my drive from Sydney to Queensland and I was in need of physio treatment urgently. I had an initial consultation with Joe who assessed my condition as a new patient in great depth. Joe has a very wholistic view of care for the body and used a combination of acupuncture, focused breathing exercise, heat and massage to assist my pain. I felt amazing when I left. I had a follow up consultation with James the following day, Joe had shared my notes and treatment plan for this session. James was also amazing using massage and pressure points to ease pain points. James taped me up ready for the drive home and showed me some strength exercises to strengthen my body.
Receptionist is incredibly helpful and very kind.

I've had several massages from Briana, she has been incredible every time! I always leave feeling so much better than when I arrived and I'm never sore the next day. She really know how the body works and makes you feel comfortable right from the start! I've never had a massage therapist ask me what I've enjoyed/not enjoyed in previous massages. I found with remedial massage the therapists wanted to chat the whole 60 minute but you don't feel that pressure with her which makes the experience all the more relaxing, especially for introverts/people with anxiety. Highly recommend 💛

I will forever be in gratitude to Joe for the wonderful care he provided me when I was recently holidaying on the Gold Coast.
I had several issues which came to the fore of my exhausted body on day one of my holiday. Not only was I able to book an appointment with Joe quickly, but I felt the immediate benefits. He was quickly able to detect the mental and emotional roots of what was now manifesting physically, gave permission for rest, educated me on the importance of really caring for myself and held space for me to truly heal.
On the day following our consultation, Joe checked in with me to see how I was feeling and to make sure I was indeed resting. Such care!
The combination of physiotherapy with acupuncture and dry needling is powerful!
In my two sessions, Joe was generous with his time, and spirit - and I left the GC feeling renewed and realigned.

I was recommended to Joe by a friend who had rave reviews for him; she had a back issue and Joe instantly knew the spot and provided treatment that gave her immediate relief. My experience with Joe was just as good. He was professional, attentive and thorough. I walked out without any of the deep back soreness I came in complaining about. I am thankful for my visit to him.

I’m very happy with my treatment with Physio Flex Mike my physiotherapist is awesome I have a lot of anxiety issues and Mike is so calming very respectful he has given me exercises to do at home as well as at my appointments the receptionist is very good as well
