Karin and Kathleen have provided me with exceptional support and assistance. The girls and guys at this SR are so amazing. Never had any problems with them whatsoever. Even have Sephora goodies brough in to look over!

The efficiency and professionalism of Felix is matched only by his compassion and genuine nature. I have nothing but pleasant and easy dealings with him.

I can't speak for the service as a whole as my interactions have been minimal, simple and only with Felix, however if this is mirrored throughout the team than it would be nothing short of impeccable.

(I have had a few misshaps with incorrect data on my file and expected calls that never happened so 4/5 total).

I used to believe in this place for a dedicated work environment, but the staff I met here were more interested in pushing me in things I had no right attempting.I do believe is positive support and attitude, but consider how I feel going for something that is out of reach people, please ,Disappointment is bad enough without the pressure to succeed in something Im not qualified for.
