Definitely a great company!! I will admit I was a little hesitant at first because I didn't have to have a prescription but it is 100% legit. Saved me so much money and well worth the wait. I recieved my heartworm pills in 18 days, thats traveling to states. But I knew it would take some time. I reached out with a concern and they replied quickly so excellent customer service!! I will be purchasing from vetshopmax again!!

Great company with a quick turn time of having being shipping in to the country. Was able to save nearly $600 for 3 different dogs meds that are for 6 months!!! Excellent customer service! Was very pleased with having been contacted before shipping to get my verification. Great prices on meds! Shipping was quicker than told! Have ordered several times over the last 2 years for my 3 dogs and each time, it came quickly to me in the US; South Carolina to be specific. I order 3, 6 month boxes of Simparica Trio for them every 6 months and it is no different than the product they were getting from the vet, except for the fact that it’s cheaper! So glad to have found a place that does not require a prescription but carries the same products!

I live in the USA so it took a while to receive it, but it still was delivered on time and in good condition. I was so pleased with the service and the company that I am going to tell All of My Friends to purchase their cat and dog medications through VetShopMax. These folks were a pleasure to deal with and it saved me having to go to the Vet whom I am not happy at all with any more. He kept refusing to let me purchase the Heartguard Plus because he wanted us to have an office visit attached to the bill. My dog takes heartguard extra every month, so it is very unlikely that he would need to be tested each year. Like many people out there I was skeptical to order anything out of the country, but I was pleasantly surprised. I got my order within two weeks after I confirmed with the company that I was who I was and that my address was correct which I think a lot of people missed that step when ordering, I also noticed most of the negative reviews were from when Covid was ruining shipping and that’s why everything was so slow to get to where it needed to go. I will definitely be ordering from them next time.

I have ordered twice from VetShopMax. It took about 2 weeks to reach me in California. I ordered Advocate for Cats.The product worked great. It was the real thing.The package arrived a little banged up but the product itself was not damaged. They email you when the product is shipped & include tracking. They also notify you when the product is delivered. Not needing a vet's prescription is great. Saving a visit just to get flea/worm medication means money to pay for a vet visit when they're sick. I recommend this place for any pet needs.

Definitely recommend!! We purchased 5/22/23 arrived 6/2/23! No prescription! We have 4 dogs and it gets very expensive to take all to the vet just for basic meds. We got the simpectra trio. All my dogs ate it with no problem. In the past we purchased trifexis and we could not get them to eat it:(
So thankful for this company. Will definitely order again.

Been a customer for 15 years and absolutely LOVE this company. We have several foster fail dogs and this saves us money so we are able to save more. Just ordered from them and received our meds in 2 weeks. Coming from Australia to Ohio in that amount of time is more than exceptable to me! Very honest and reliable company!

I feel I owe this company a review. I this is my 3rd year getting the nexgard fleas and ticks. I get a lot of packs for my fur babies and it works great. I always put my order early in the year so I have time before ticks get crazy. It takes a few weeks always but it's overseas, with affordable prices and excellent quality I will not complain... and I don't need rx which saves me lots

The product itself is excellent, but the most essential factor is that it is significantly less expensive to purchase it from Australia than it is to get it from Guam. Three German Shepherds and a shitzu live with me. For the sake of saving money, I'll definitely order from this company again. I appreciate your excellent service.
