I had been attending Tonya’s Sydney classes for about 4 years at the recommendation of my GP and Physio as I was suffering from a painful back. I had previously attended yoga classes without much relief so my GP recommended Pilates to build core strength which he felt was more important for me as I have hyper-mobility in my joints. Within a few weeks of attending Tonya’s classes, I noticed the pain had subsided considerably and has remained so since.
