SUPER Choice Discount (Inala)

I have been shopping here for over 8 years and i have always been shown a lot of respect from the staff, the items are cheap and very durable and don't break easily and i cannot wait to apply for a job there in june! (would recommend to anyone)

It's was a great place to shop I rang on Thursday last week looking for something they apologise not having it in stock but I went today with my mum and they had the item that I wanted of the shelf when I got to the checkout the lady was apologieng for the item that I bought she remembered me calling last Thursday but things happened sometime people looking at things and never put the item back were they belong but I would go back

I shop there frequently, I've never had any issues, I get the young lady who offers a shopping basket, the owners are always pleasant & helpful, all the craft products I've bought are awesome I've never experienced poor quality goods, last year on Valentine's I bought silk roses, they still look brand new :-) it's my favorite discount store, I've even sent things overseas & never heard complaints, shop is always clean & tidy, was very surprised to see negative reviews, best bargain I ever got was the winter mink blankets they had :-)

I have purchased items from this store on several occasions. I have always been treated with respect and found the staff helpful.

Great variety, great prices and lovely staff and owners. Been going there since they opened and will continue to for as long as they are open and have things I need.

Friendly staff

My mother came into your shop yesterday and bought an assortment of things. Today she returned to ask for a refund on a dog collar that we have bought from this store before. Labelled the exact same size, exact same collar. Once she brought it home and laid the new collar next to the old one she noticed it was a little shorter. She did try it on the dog to see if it would fit but it didn't. The older man there was disgustingly rude to her and argued the entire time. He went back and forth with her for 10 minutes before pulling a wod of cash out of his pocket and gave her $5 cash. Just as she was about to leave the store he's thrown the collar in her trolley and said "here you can have this as a reminder of my dead son". Absolutely disgusting behaviour. I don't care if you are grieving, do not take it out on your customers!

Extremely rude manager would not recommend to work if wanted to be treated with respect

Tried to overcharge me then the cashier was trying to watch me put my PIN in the eftpos machine and got offended when I said something to her

Absolute terrible service especially from the manager, i asked the manager for some help and the guy responded in a very aggressive manner.

Very aggressive attitudes. No manner. Has no respect no woman customer.
