Used Taps r us for the entire plumbing aspect of our granny flat, from drains, first fix and fit off. Very clean and neat installation of all aspects from Dean and Bryn. Arrived on time every time, no hidden costs and fitted around my build timings without any issue. All up a great local company. The thank you postcard sent at the end of every stage was a great customer service touch. Thanks for a great job 👍

Craig arrived very soon after I called with my issue. Hot water system had rusted out. Dean arrived the next day and within hours we had a new system installed. All staff at Taps R Us are amazing - courteous, professional and reliable.

Twice this year I have had hidden leaks, one underground and one behind a rendered wall. They were not a problem for Dean. He located them precisely and immediately. The whole crew at Taps R Us are first class and work timely and efficiently. The jobs are finished beautifully and I get comprehensive explanations every time. Excellent service, very honest and great communication. Have used them on numerous occasions including new hot water installation (very neat work), camera detection, pipe and leak repairs. Highly recommend!

Of course the flick mixer on the kitchen sink decided to fail on Good Friday in our unit at Golden Beach near Caloundra. Called Taps R Us and Craig was fantastic on the phone. Bryn was there in no time and fixed the tap. Very professional and very clean in his work. No mess at all. Cannot thank Taps R Us enough for fixing our tap on Good Friday. Will certainly use them again. Highly recommend.

We’ve used Craig and his team for a range of plumbing services over the past couple of years, and have always found them to be polite, professional and punctual.

We recently had issues with our hot water tank and needed to place an urgent warranty claim. Despite being really busy, Craig managed to accommodate our request and the issue was resolved same day.

Ashley in the office went above & beyond she was amazing. In early Nov I had leaking pipe. The response time was great. Plumber was here within the hour & was so friendly & professional. Would highly recommend using this company.

I had an urgent service required on a hot water system. Craig efficiently
identified the issues which he was able to communicate to me clearly in laymans terms. Ultimately, a new hot water system was required.
Dean was able to attend the following day and install the new system.
The team at Taps R Us are very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The pricing was also very competitive. I appreciated their ability to attend to the job so quickly and also to be on time! Highly recommended!

The first time we used Taps-R-Us for our plumbing needs, they exceeded our expectations. So when we moved to a new house and had some plumbing work, we approached Tap-R-Us again. And yet again they did a phenomenal job.
They communicate well, are great in their time management, are courteous, meticulous in the work they do and to top it all off are reasonably priced. On this occasion it was a joy to deal with Craig, Dean and Tony and we wish that there were more tradies like them.
In view of the above, we have to hesitation what-so-ever to recommend this company.

My call was dealt with so quickly and professionally by Christine who organised Dean to come out that afternoon with a mains leak/stormwater pipe issue.
