Called 2 emergency plumbers early on a Saturday morning - Craig made it here 1.5 hours. Fixed most of the issues and returned on Tuesday to add a part needed. Top Dog provided a prompt friendly, and professional service. Thanks 😊

I had a plumbing emergency, after hours right on Christmas, and rang Top Dog Plumbing immediately because of my previous positive experience with them.

Craig replied and arrived quickly. He could not have been more helpful and professional as well as good natured and efficient. The problem was resolved speedily , and the fees were very reasonable.

When we moved to the Sunshine Coast about 10 years ago we began the process of finding the support team we would need for the problem-solving to be done around the home. One visit from the plumbers at Top Dog showed we had found the tradies we needed for all our plumbing needs since. Good people taking the call, good people turning up at the door, top job done. Highly recommend.

We commissioned top dog plumbing to rectify our old and non-compliant overflow relief gulley (ORG). Right from the time that I spoke to Craig on the phone about my issue, together with Deb about the associated site inspection, it was clear that the company is focussed on giving its customers an exceptional experience with loads of good courtesy and nice humour. Most importantly, they were swift to act, and fixed my problem within two days. Matt from top dog plumbing gave us two options: one that was much cheaper but would have created a tripping hazard in my small backyard, and a more expensive option with an approved valve. Since we were already concerned about the potential tripping hazard, we opted for the more expensive valve-based option. And Matt installed it in about 30 minutes. He also took a range of photos that we were able to send to the authorities to verify that the work had been done. In all, I would rate my experience as the best in customer service that I have had among all service industries! However, I was most impressed by the prompt, attentive, thoughtful and professional work that was performed by Craig and his team at top dog plumbing. They really are "top dog"!

I needed a gas inspection done on a house I was buying and needed it done quickly - right before the Christmas break too! I rang Craig, and even though it was after hours, he not only answered his phone, but was able to assure me that the inspection could be done in the short timeframe I had.
When I rang the office the next morning, it only took a few minutes to get the appointment sorted and the work was done on time as promised.
I'd rung other large plumbing companies and only got to speak to 'consultants' who couldn't even give me a quote over the phone or seemed to know what was needed.
No such problem with Top Dog Plumbing! These guys could certainly teach these others a few tricks when it comes to customer service and quality work, done right, first time, on time.

We've had these guys out to our property a couple of times now to assist with problems at our house we recently bought. As it's an older place there are a few things that we knew we would have to deal with. In particular we were notifed by the water company we likely had a leak. Craig arranged to have a leak assessor out the next day and it was then fixed the day after that. Was pretty stressful as the issue appeared to come out of nowhere but these guys had it sorted ASAP. Karen from the office does a great job coordinating all the work too. A great sunshine coast business.

Have to be the best plumbers ever! Our father passed this year leaving us with numerous plumbing issues at various properties. The team at Top Dog have been responsive, considerate, 100% trustworthy, professional, have great communication and do top quality work. We'd be down the drain (pardon the pun) without them. Very recently Matt went out of his way to assist us with a special job in another city as we were getting the run around with a number of other local plumbers. Matt just got in, resolved all the issues and left us with a sexy bit of pipework lol. All done and no dramas at a good price. Can't rate these guys highly enough. The whole team is just fantastic!
