Amazing service, couldn’t be happier. Our dishwasher needed install, and Ben was able to send out Sam in under 2 hours! He brought the right tools to install the dishwasher, and he replaced the tap perfectly. In addition, he found our tap was leaking and fixed that as well for us. The price was amazing, and we could not be more thankful. Looking forward to working with this company again for all our plumbing needs!

My Rheem Heat Pump hot water system finally gave up after 11 years which unfortunately happened on a Sunday afternoon. I spoke to a few plumbers and found their prices to be a bit expensive but also they were reluctant to replace all the valves which should be done when you replace your HWS.

My last call was on Sunday night to BCJ Plumbing. Ben was great and despite it being out of business hours, he was more than happy to discuss my requirements and to provide a recommendation. He then went above and beyond by offering to come out the next day to install a temporary hot water system until the new one arrived which was completely unexpected. He was true to his word and installed a temporary system and then Bailey came out only two days later to install the new system. This was even more impressive as despite being based on the Sunshine Coast, they were more than happy to come down to North Brisbane.

The workmanship was excellent and the service provided by Ben, Bailey and the team was second to none. Great work team - keep on kicking goals.

Ben was so helpful - turned up on time (and within 4 hours of my call) and found the fault quickly. What a champ!!

BCJ Plumbing were great, called Monday afternoon had a new hot water system installed by Wednesday lunchtime. The plumber was very friendly and did a fantastic and very clean job. Will definitely be my first point of call for future plumbing needs. Ben.

We had an issue which Nathan resolved very quickly. He got up into the roof cavity, found the leak and replaced the faulty section of pipe. He was very efficient and professional. A job well done! Thanks for saving the day.

We would highly recommend BCJ on the Sunshine Coast. Ben answered our call at 6.30pm and dropped everything to come and help us out at 7.30pm that night. Ben then moved his guys around the following day to have someone on site at 7am to get our water back on. Was an absolute pleasure having these guys work on our property and the service was awesome. They did a fantastic job and didn’t break the bank as well.

Our hot water system died. Just 2 days before we expected guests to arrive. Ben and his wonderful team got us out of trouble in no time, very professional, extremely helpful answering all those stupid questions -- and -- the first hot shower after the job was done was one of the best in my life!

BCJ rescued us from a near disaster when our water system sprung a leak. They sent Bailey within the hour who replaced it professionally under a great deal of time pressure. They even coordinated the sparky to be there and hook it up. 100% satisfied with their service and will never use another plumber again. Ever.

Ben and the team were super quick in responding to us and it was over the Christmas period. They arrived on time when they said they would and installed a new heat pump hot water system quickly and professionally. Would highly recommend their service.

If you need a great plumber, I would highly recommend Ben from BCJ plumbing!! My story: My septic tank was blocked and overflowing onto the ground, I had 3 plumbers out prior to calling Ben from BCJ Plumbing. All 3 plumbers wasted hours of my time and money just to tell told me my trenches had collapsed & quoted me over 6k to repair the trenches. When Ben from BCJ plumbing came out to have a look, he doubted that this was the case so we used his machine to clear the outlet pipes back to the trenches and within 3 hours my septic tank was running smoothly back into my trenches again. I can't thank Ben enough, he saved me a lot of time and money from having to replace my trenches. Ben was very knowledgable and talked me through the whole process of what he was doing as he was working.. If I ever have any plumbing issues in the future I will be calling Ben.

Couldn’t recommend Ben enough. Woke up this morning to sewerage all through our backyard, after calling Ben he was at our place under 5 minutes. He sorted the issue promptly, and was very pleasant & knowledgable to deal with. And his pricing was fantastic and justified. We will definitely recommend his services to those we know. Called Ben from BCJ at 7am on a friday to do a hot water system replacement as our old one broke the night before. The new system was in and running within 12 hours of my first call. He even came back out the following day (saturday) super quick to help solve an unrelated problem we had. Couldn't recommend BCJ Plumbing enough! Honest, fast and reliable service.

I have used BCJ on a number of occasions and now consider them my ‘GoTo’ contact for plumbing needs. Because they also can coordinate,with electricians, I have found them invaluable to carry out and organise repairs on my unit with my tenants and, when I had my kitchen renovated, to arrange both plumbers and sparkles to do the work. I have found all their staff to Ben incredibly obliging, polite and helpful and keen to provide prompt service. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

This team is great ,Very knowledgeable guys, I was told i had a massive problem with my septic that involved thousands of dollar's. Steve came, and in under 10 minutes found that my septic was fine .
