I can't thank enough for the support and help with all team at Fertility Solutions both location in Bundaberg and Sunny Coast. Especially , the nurse Nicki that is very patient and knowledgeable also well communicated from the first meeting till I got pregnant. She was like a close friend that be there in every process. Giving me clam and trust when I really needed that. I am very lucky to be successful for the first time of IVF experience. Hope my baby delivers smooth and healthy.

We have been going through treatment with Fertility Solutions and have found the process to be straight forward with lots of options and information along the way to best suit our needs. In quite an emotional time we have found the staff all so lovely and informative and just all round kind people which has made this process so much less stressful. We can't fault them in anyway and am so happy to continue our care knowing we are in such good hands.

Fertility solutions have been nothing short of amazing! This is our second time going through them and dealing with their lovely staff. We stupidly stuffed up our trigger injection and the lovely Denise met us at the hospital at 9:30pm to give us another one. Without this our cycle would have been cancelled. We are beyond grateful for her kindness and willingness to help us out. The nurses are just lovely and nothing is too much hassle.

Very high level of service recieved throughout my journey. I always appreciated the warm welcome from everyone on staff and the caring, empathetic approach to discussions whilst they provided very knowledgeable advice at the same time. Highly recommend!

All of the staff at Fertility Solutions are absolutely professional and caring. They went above and beyond to support me through my IVF journey. From the initial consultation and organising the whole process over the phone due to the vast distance between us, Denise and her team worked hard to provide the best treatment for me. When I finally met everyone involved for the first time face to face, for my egg collection, I felt welcomed and very much at ease.
The clinic environment was calm and comfortable, as were all interactions with me.
Follow up communications, after emrbyo transfer, from my Nurse Kris and Denise were frequent and encouraging, and this communication continued once my pregnancy was confirmed.
My daughter is nearly 2 years old, and I am still in touch with the team.
I am very thankful for all of the support provided to me. I look forward to the possibility of working with the Fertility Solutions team in the future.

I had my second child with Fertility Solutions three years ago after my 31 year old husband was treated for testicular cancer. They were fantastic through the whole process and very supportive. We are trying for our third child with the clinic now and are so happy with our experience. They have been wonderful once again. I love the easy access to nurses/ administors and appreciate the lovely atmosphere they have created at the Buderim clinic. Fingers crossed for baby number 3.

Great experience. All of the nurses are lovely and explain each step with great care. The reception staff are always welcoming and happy to answer questions over the phone if I ever need to double check anything. Would highly recommend!

Just off the phone to the most amazing, insightful, caring and helpful Fertility Solutions nurse named Paula. So much confidence in these guys giving women trying to conceive honest, professional advice and guidance about their options

The staff are amazing. Everything is explained so well. They understand it is a confusing and overwhelming time so I found the nurses and doctors explained things in layman's terms and answered any questions at any time.

Personally I would choose to go elsewhere in the future if I needed IVF again. The nursing staff are lovely but there is a hint of a disingenuous vibe and their compassion sometimes feels contrived and robotic. Management are very money orientated - I was charged for a cancelled cycle for covid which I felt was unfair despite obviously signing paperwork saying I would pay for a cancelled cycle - I tested myself to do the right thing a day or so prior to embryo transfer and informed them hoping for their understanding and compassion. It was a few blood tests, phone calls and emails and they charged $540, but the month later I happily parted with the $3000 for an embryo transfer. Surely part of that $3000 could have covered the prior communications.
Edit: we spent 25k on IVF in Melbourne prior to coming to the coast and I couldn't fault that company, it felt completely different; medically orientated but very warm and understanding. I am also one of the lucky ones that has had success eventually getting pregnant without IVF.

Do not waste your time or money. We constantly had issues with paperwork and always needing more things signed or done before being able to start a cycle when told that was it. Incompetent staff that don’t know how to do their job and don’t return your calls when you ask on three occasions to talk to someone about the issues. Not sure how they can charge what they do when they don’t even know what is required for a cycle that might be out of the ordinary

I am not happy this clinic services they said bulk bill you have to pay lots and they tell you only work in 3 times. Off ivf, they only put you down no encouragement negative, definitely not recommended to anyone else's we do our ivf here 3x. This is not a good clinic is all about your money. Not helpful.

Please beware! They made so many mistakes that cost us a fortune. You only see the doctor for the first 2 visits then you only see nurses who have no idea what they are doing. We changed clinics and fell pregnant 1st cycle. Do yourself a favour and use another clinic.

Lots of hidden costs.
Constant changing of dates.
Conflicting information given by Dr one day..then nurse the next.
Costs that just can't be justified.
Flatly refused to try methods and other protocols that other clinics use.
I wish we had researched more before we used FS.
