Drains Kleen were great. We were able to get them on site the day after I phoned, and they arrived when they said they would. They did a great job unblocking about 29 years worth of build up in the pipe that was causing our kitchen sink to block. They explained to me what they were doing and that helped me to understand how and why the problem was occurring. I was very impressed with the job they did, their attention to not causing any more mess than what they had to, and their cleanup afterwards. I was also impressed with the pricing, as I expected it to be more than it was. Will definitely call Drains Kleen first, next time we have any other plumbing issues.

Liam from Drains Kleen attended our townhouse to help us out with a body corporate issue. We are owners and were being advised by the body corporate incorrectly. Liam was able to provide clear information using his pipe mapping tools and disprove the body corporate claims.
We were so impressed, we asked Liam for a quote for another issue. The quote was reasonable and we were able to get the work done quickly. Liam was very polite and helpful. Worth every penny for the CCTV to get the exact location and condition of our underground drainage pipes! I could review the actual video footage along pipes and thanks to the distance log display could map out exactly the damaged pipe, roots and blockages in drains. Thanks to their info I designed a new system that bypassed the dysfunctional sections and now have great flow to the curb! Thanks Callum and team at Drains Kleen for your fast professional service!

Liam provided a thoroughly professional service for us, being able to firstly ascertain why our water tanks were not filling (a cracked underground pipe) and then promptly set up repairing the damage while also taking the time to inspect other aspects of our pipe network which I was uncertain about. Liam's work was quick and has successfully restored water flow to our tanks. All done with a friendly smile and a promise of future assistance as and when required.

We have used both arms of this business - plumbing problems and drain issues and very happy with their work - very prompt service with qualified tradespeople who keep you informed throughout. Josh worked quickly & efficiently. Impressed that the owner called in to check things out and I'm sure the team were more impressed that he dropped cool drinks off to them as it was an extremely hot day! A quote was provided, but the work did not take as long as expected and when the invoice arrived it had been adjusted accordingly - how good is that! Great family operation.

Callum came to my assistance when I had a plumbing problem with a blocked toilet. He was not only extremely competent but also very polite and friendly. There was a rock or concrete stuck in my pipe (house is newly built) and my whole house was blocked. I called in 2 other companies to try and unblock it and it only worked for about 2 days before it was blocked again and they couldn’t fix it but still charged me $600+. Drains Kleen came out and was able to fix the problem within less than 30mins and was so much cheaper than other businesses. I HIGHLY recommend this company!! Thanks again for assisting me!

If your on the fence about which plumber to call, read this, its a good story.
I called a reputable plumbing company to come and unblock my sewer drain. Two middle aged experienced plumbers arrived and did the jetter etc, but ended up at a block near the main (about 25m away). They said that's a problem, we don't know what that is, so lets dig up the pipe halfway there and well come back next week and try and get at it from there. It could be Unity waters problem but they are hard to deal with, so well come and do it (and charge me again). So i dug the hole. 4 days later the sewer completely blocked again.
I had just spent 2 days digging a hole in clay, that had filled up with rain water and sewerage, that I had to bucket out every couple of days till a plumber came back.
I finally thought stuff this I'm calling drains kleen!
Brayden, 21 years old, arrived the next morning, with exactly the same equipment, and proceeded to show me on the camera all the root blockages the last guys had left, ended up at the same block at the main, and then just unblocked this with some hard work, so now it was all good all the way along.
Then Brayden showed me on the camera all the crumbling pipe at the main that was causing this and said - that's Unity water. He gave them a call and Unity water arrived half an hour later, inspected it and said we will be back in the next day or two to reline and fix all that for you.
When they left, Brayden also found a cracked and leaking pipe, one foot away from the hole I had spent two days digging, and said we can either put the inspection pipe where you have dug, or you and me can dig it up right now and replace that broken bit which is going to keep give you trouble, and put the inspection pipe there.
So after all my digging, we dug a new hole, and Brayden had it sorted in no time at all.
Professional, considerate, thorough, courteous, knowledgeable, and hard working. What more could you ask for.
Don't waste your time and money, call the best and do it right first time.

Slow draining ensuite toilet just before xmas, Drains Kleen attended within 2 days and quickly identified and cleared blockage. They also checked the entire line and identified the cause and potential future problems. In short very responsive and thorough. Recommended.
