This place has mastered its niche. It is a truly unique and lively spot that feels like a mix between a local Aussie pub and cool contemporary bar. The signature cocktails and bar snacks are so thoughtfully crafted down to the finest detail and the staff are warm, helpful and look as though they’re genuinely having fun. I went here every night during my stay at Burleigh Heads and wish there was something similar in Melbourne.

We’re making some big calls this year. Maybe because we don’t get out as much, or it’s just the truth. But here are, hands down our favourite cocktails this year! Unique, creative and interesting recipes - one with their own home made fatales and the other infused with fruit, chocolate and ants!! What a great cocktail location @rosellasbar in Burleigh, Gold Coast.

Nice bar located on Burleigh area, they prepara good cocktails.
The customer service is good and reasonable priced. Great atmosphere too.
The place is nice and the staff really friendly.
We enjoyed some drinks, ask to the Bar tender and he will recommend you something nice.
The bar is located no too far from the beach, it’s good neighborhood, many restaurants, shops and bares around.
I recommend you arrive no too late on weekends because the place is very busy.

Good cocktails here. Really nice. Actually, it would be nice if cocktail was more low temperature. Everything was good though. They are used unusual ingredients when they made cocktails. I learned from them indirectly. I either did similar work. By the way they are awesome and there are cozy place.

Quite like this little place. If you can get a seat in there the Blinky Bill is definitely worth a try, some nice oysters and regional cheeses. Love the aeroguard and Ansett photos, very Aussie.

What a great experience Rosella's gives you! Such amazing and attentive experience. The place is so thoughtful with everything to eat or drink or to look at is Australian. The food and cocktails were to die for!

Fabulous bar, great for trying new cocktails with friends and the service was amazing! Couldn’t recommend it enough!

Finns blended mojitos we’re a bit weird but everything on menu is amazing.

Most amazing service on the Gold Coast!
We went on a busy Saturday night, yet the waitress (I assume the manager) was more than happy to spend time talking/explaining different styles of wine and drinks to us. She made the experience a 10/10 and the drinks were a 12/10 to top it off too!!

Delightful spot with cosy booths or breezy window seats ideal for people watching. Interesting wine selection with Shades a favourite. The fries are a must try.

This little bar is fantastic and we’re really lucky to have it as a local. Kitsch is the point and they do it very well. The service is very friendly and the table service is a real plus. Fantastic cocktails and local wine list, and the jaffles are delicious. If you’re in Burleigh skip the pavilion and come here instead.
