I am after my first visit in Central Physio with Wade and I will definitely will continue! I have old injury with my knee and Wade put huge effort to get all the information during the interview. He asked many helpful question which helped me to analyse what happened and when. Wade prepared personalised exercises for me. My partner recommended Wade and thanks to him he making a huge progress with his lower back old injury. This place is amazing, Wade is amazing, I highly recommend this place ❤

My experience at Central Physio has been always pleasant and professional regardless of my level of pain or fitness.
I have moved through initial stages of feeling ankle tendinitis pain, inflammation and immobility including stiffness, to gradually improving balance increasing stability and gaining flexibility of movement with physical care, rest, strapping, orthotics and targeted exercises following a GP referral.
Interestingly, the original diagnosis changed and a further diagnosis of ankle impingement was discovered ensuring extra physical attention.
I recommend staying with the process giving feedback along the way.
It maybe long, however regaining that lost feeling of strength has been awaited and supported and invaluable to recover given modern life.
I recommend you seek their support for your physiotherapy and movement needs and personal wellbeing and safety.
The inside gym facilities are fresh and modern, discrete, accessible and conveniently located.
The team are also mindful and approachable.

Have known Wade professionally for several years and he has been an extremely good listener and this has given him the tools to work out a suitable rehab program to tailor my injuries. The best physiotherapist I have ever worked with . Wade always shows positivity and calmness which is such an important trait when dealing with health professionals. Wade has a true understanding of the anatomy and is very focused to ensure results are achieved.

Wade and the team at Central Physio have been extremely helpful in my injury management when playing Rugby Union. He is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to ensure a full recovery.

I have Parkinsons Disease, which is a depilating, degenerative disease. The rigidity in your muscles & joints affects mobility & day to day enjoyment. John at Central Physio & Health is absolutely fantastic. I was in a lot of pain when I first went there. Now 2 weeks later I am walking 8k no problems. He is professional, courteous, friendly and knows his stuff. I cannot speak highly enough of the clinic - the lady in reception is super lovely too.

Awesome caring phsyios that are very knowledgeable and are able to adapt. They have a full weights room with everything needed for strengthing. Highly recommend for any treatment you may be seeking. Also, the receptionist's are excellent there.

The incredibly talented team at Central Physio completly guided me through the rehabilitation of my spinal injury.
