Amazing service and genuine care of assisting me with compression garments after a horrific accident. Kelly & her team are so kind and genuinely go out of their way to assist what your specific needs are, the speed of despatch and being the sole Qld distributor of such a reputable compression garment manufacturer (Sigvaris) is real a win for customers. I recommend this business and their supportive and amazing service. This business really cares about the person and explanation of the selection of the appropriate garment styles the fabrics available and explaining how best to apply and care for these products to extend their shelf life and advice how best to put these on which can be really challenging. Kelly's help in my recovery has been a real game changer.

I was referred to Morris Medical by my MLD therapist as I had trouble with my first pair of custom compressions I had purchased through a different company. The team at Morris Medical were professional and lovely. I was measured for my new custom made compressions and the ladies took on board all my concerns about my previous compressions and worked with me to get a pair of comfortable, well fitted compressions. Kelly and Bronwyn were fabulous to deal with and I didn’t once feel uncomfortable. Any concerns I’ve had, they have been more than happy to help me with.
Highly recommend Morris Medical for all your compression needs.

I called in to get a compression arm sleeve for a muscular injury, the staff were fantastic! Measured me and fitted me with a Sigvaris Secure Arm Sleeve. Very professional and friendly service, will be using them again.

I am on my feet all day at work and needed to get some compression socks to help with tired, aching legs. I called Morris Medical and Warren was extremely helpful on the phone, so I went in to be measured and fitted. Knowing where to get good quality, comfortable Compression Socks is a bit of a lottery. These guys really know their subject and are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I came away very happy wearing exceptionally comfortable and well fitted socks. Kelly was great to deal with in the shop, I would recommend Morris Medical to anyone looking for great products and professional service and advice!

Very disappointed!!!
I had been a customer since the very early 90’s and spending around $1500 to $1700 per order at around once to twice a year, with no support for paying for them, other than from out of my own pocket.
I always ordered ahead as I could never be left in a situation where I did not have compression garments to wear as I cannot/could not function without them.
My most recent order was in April and it was my usual order of 10 boxes of garments.
My health status has recently taken a turn and sadly I will not be requiring these garments.
I called Morris Medical and the female, (K) that answered the phone was happy to look up my details and history but when I explained my situation and asked if there was any possibility of returning my order, she blatantly said, “sorry, we have a 14 day return policy” and didn’t want to know me after that.
A 14 day return policy would be no use to a customer that has to plan and order around two months ahead.
I clearly understand that it had been four months since my delivery but the garments are still in perfect order, never opened & stored correctly.
I then emailed to explain my case, hoping it would possibly go further and to someone in their management, but sadly and most disappointingly, there had been no reply and no recognition. I had even asked in my email for consideration of a partial refund.
This is one company that clearly is happy to take your order and money but no customer service, consideration or respect.
I feel very disappointed and let down.
My advice is to do your research with medical suppliers. Make sure you are being cared for, that the supplier is interested in your situation and that you are getting exactly what you need and that the purchasing guidelines are explained to you. These are very expensive products that vulnerable people require because they have no choice and over my many years of experience with my condition I know there is a lack of genuine support but there are companies that are happy to take your money.
The disappoint is more of the lack of respect and acknowledgement that they have failed to give.

I will never go back to this company, purely due to the Manager, Warren who was blatantly rude to the point of him blaming me and hanging up.
There is a bit to the story and feel too much to write, so the basic breakdown of the situation is, there was a small pull in the expensive compression pants I purchased. I used the special gloves they give you to pull them up. He blamed me for the small pull saying it was my nails and didn't care... eventually he asked more like a statement " Well, what do you expect me to do!?" I suggested replacing 1 of the legs would be nice and I was happy to come back in to show him. He wouldn't even consider replacing them, nor did he offer for me to come back in so they could look at it, nor did he state it would not affect the performance or suggest what to do to fix it or stop if from pulling any further...etc..etc. I agreed with him when he said the customer is not always right. Agreed they are not always right. (but he's sick of this) however, i didn't agree with his attitude nor how he company managed this issue. I said, so this is how your company operates?! (more of a statement then a question....) His final reply was, oh, how our company operates, ha!.. AND HUNG UP.
Who hangs up on a customer? I was not being load, rude or abusive. He seemed to be on an attack at me from the start... I was shocked and surprised, especially coming from the owner...... Hence the never to return again statement. I am over poor and in this case, disrespectful service! No one deserves that!
