Quick response via email and happy to give a quote. Delivery was quick and within promised time.

However, products where damaged. After reaching out to them, PlastaMasta refuses to take any liability and agues that the damage will not be seen or can be fixed on site.

So be aware that if you buy a new product from them, it may be damaged and they will refuse to take any action on this.

After checking the website for a product I then rang plasta masta sunshine coast to see about stock etc, after the lady on the phone laughed at me and responded rudely for asking about the brand on the website then telling me that the site doesn't get updated like it was some kind of joke I decided to go elsewhere, that was an awful phone call and I was made to feel like a fool for asking about a product you specifically say you supplied, a simple "we have a different brand but it's the same thing" would have been great.

It is not the customers fault you don't have up to date information online

I seriously took the time to go elsewhere just to avoid having to deal with whoever answered that phone call.
